Had a really wonderful experience at CarFirm. Went to buy first car for my daughter. I was really satisfied by the way staff treated us. The sales team was highly knowledgeable and provided us with all the required details about the car. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional behavior, they don’t know how to deal with a customer. I had some problems with the car i bought, when I tried to reach them they never responded properly and after i travelled more than 300 km to reach them they said the fault was made by myself. Very disappointing service.

The cars in the showroom are faulty and not as shown in the website. I didn’t see the negative reviews, if I’ve seen before I wouldn’t have gone and wasted my time here. They never responded when I asked to repair the faults in the car. Don’t get caught for their cheesy talks.
