When I was looking for a car, I looked at a lot of different places. Finally, I went to car firm. The experience was great! They were very friendly and helpful.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Do not buy a car from this company. I bought a car over a year ago (04/2022) and it started going wrong even before driving off the forecourt. They did however fix some issues, but then more went wrong with it within ten days. They refused to take the car back under the Short term Right to Reject and Failed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I had to take them to court, which took over a year to resolve, but I won the case. I see others are also having the same issue. They try their hardest to make you just give up, but don't. If your vehicle goes wrong within 30 days, you have the legal right to Reject the vehicle. They have to take it back, you do not have to allow them to inspect it either. (they have been told this in court). You are also covered buy the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any faults appearing within the first 90 days are deemed to have been present at point of sale. Keep all communications and take photos and videos of any faults. This helped me win my case and get a full refund plus costs. Again, do not buy anything from this company. They have no respect for you as the consumer or proper understanding of consumer law.

I bought a VW polo UK registered from car firm company last December. I found the whole experience very professional.salesman knows his stuff sorted all the paperwork etc and I have not had any problems with the vehicle at all.

A good range of cars for selection, probably like 100 in display for test drive. The staff was very friendly too. Attractive payment schemes were also offered. They provide warranty as well so can drive a hassle free ride after buying the car.
