Traded in my lovely car as we needed something bigger for our expanding family. Have had nothing but problems with the vehicle since, and it’s now worth less than half than what we paid for it a year on. We were sold a car that was not fit for purpose from the get go, avoid!

Poor customer service lack of service car is now at another garage and is not worth what we paid for it

Can not recommend these people highly enough. This is second time I have bought from them. Helpful, knowledgeable. Everyone in the office knows what's going on too, a great positive! ( and they could fit the baby car seat too!)

Could not have been dealt with any better than we were. On day of picking up car went really smoothly. Grangbspent loads of time going through controls with me. Could not have been better. Cannot shout about how great they ate from the rooftops. Already recommended to friends. Well done everyone.

After reading some of the reviews on these pages, I am not surprised to find that this dealership does not want to honour the warranty. When we arrived at the garage to have several things put right, we were met with "Oh this does not come under the warranty".....or "Oh it had a fresh MOT that would have been found then"....as previously stated on these reviews the Warranty is a waste of time. Once you have paid your money, they do not want to know. I am still waiting for them to replace the Tyre Repair Kit that they sold to us when it was out of date, and we did not know, but I think when it was MOT that should have been pointed out. I just hope they sort this out, otherwise I shall be on here making further remarks.

Excellent service. Arrived with car to sell. 21 minutes later agreed price. Money in my bank 24 hrs later.

We've only had the car a little over a week but so far so good and cannot comment on Island Car Centres warranty other reviewers have commented on. We found this car dealer excellent. No issues when we wanted to try more than one car they had. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our queries and concerns patiently and sincerely. They fixed the few issues on the car as they said they would, dealt with the transfer of my private number and lent us a decent car while they did the work. I have no complaints at all and would recommend this car dealer.

Overpriced cars, only interested in money. Once they have payment the warranty may as well not exist. Car has all kinds of problems and they seem to have got payment and washed their hands of the car even though it has a warranty. Not good at communicating with customers, especially when there are problems, and very pushy/intimidating. Would not recommend Island Car Centre to anyone.

Purchased my new car from Island Car Centre 6 weeks ago and I love it. The sales team where very friendly and efficient. they sorted the finance on my old car and made the process very easy I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car. definitely the best car I have ever purchased.
