Recently bought cheap Nissan Micra and all in all very pleased. Seems to be a goodun. Guys are helpful, everything was explained well. The three month guarantee is in writing, unlike a lot of dealers, so you can see what's covered. Just one criticism. They changed three tyres as they were nearing the limit, and I thought it was a bit mean not to do the fourth for the sake of £30 or so. Anyway, so far so good, and I am pleased with the car.
Life is too short. No idea whether the cars are worth considering but the customer services is chronic. No reply to email and no response to phone calls, despite assurances. Message to other potential customers - good luck. Message to company - try to do better.

Still waiting for the windows to be fixed as promised but no one is interested now we have bought the car. Fobbed off each time and will take it further if not sorted. The car was supposed to have been valeted but on day of pick up it was not. They rushed a clean and we waited almost an hour. But the car was filthy inside and the outside looked as though it was not washed as lots of dirty patches over it. Customer after care is appalling and no calls to update what is happening. Once they have the money they don't care about obligations after.

Hi, we are very sorry of your issues. We did fix the windows for you under warranty, and there was a miscommunication between sales and the valet team. We did offer you a free valet which we are still happy for you to take up. Since your complaint we have also introduced a better system so that everybody knows when the cars are being collected. Looked at BMW at this place. Tyres worn to minimum disks shot exhaust blowing and white smoke engine rattling like a diesel engine. All this for £3k would cost a grand to put right. Do yourself a favour and look else where

We will always get any safety or mechanical issues, as well as a full professional valet carried out before collection. Car was not available despite making an appointment. The standard of the car was appalling, filthy inside and what I think was a fairly clear oil leak, I cannot believe the salesman wasn't embarrassed to show it to me. Would not bother going there again.

Dealer (Richard) got car mixed up with a different one on the phone. Gave wrong info. Car was dirty and not valeted. Seat belt had been chewed by a dog. Another customer in office complaining about her car in front of me. A waste of a journey by appointment.

Very pleased with my purchase. Appointments arranged and dealer available. Better service than I expected from a |Trade Centre. Disappointed with the value for my own vehicle BUT you cannot expect to buy at a reasonableprice and expect good money for the vehicle you are selling. You have the option of selling your vehicleprivately. Out of interest I checked the website for the price my own vehicle was being sold for and found it not unreasonable.i
