Would not recommend JB Motor Cars. They purchased my car and promised to collect. Booked the day off work and they never turned up. When I rung up to see where they was they pretended it was a bad line and hung up. When I tried calling back they blocked my number. Very disappointing will not be using in the future and would not recommend anyone to use.

No complaints at all, really great experience. Up to now I have had no issues at all and the dealers have been really helpful and friendly. The car was clean and exactly as described and really good value for money. I would recommend.

Really good experience with J B Motor Cars. I bought a Citroen C4 in July. The car was pretty clean and quite good condition and really good value for money. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions and I would recommend this dealership my my family and friends. I also traded in my old car and I was happy with the amount that i got for it.

Watch out when buying from J B Motor Cars. They were rude towards me when I was there.
Continuous faults and slow turn around for repairs - 3 weeks at a time for work that should take approximately 2-3 days if parts are ordered. This could be due to using small garage but this should be explained. Offer of courtesy car was helpful - but still should not take this long for repairs, in which I have had to have a courtesy car for over 5 weeks, almost 6 as writing this review.
