Absolute criminals! Really regret buying a car from them. We bought a Toyota and the car was delivered with the tyre warning light on. We took it to a Toyota garage who found the wheel had buckled and the tyre had a leak. JCB Medway refused to acknowledge that the car was delivered in this condition and refused to pay the costs for the repair which was £780! Person we dealt with was Alex Goodger who was unhelpful and unsympathetic. Please don’t use!

A very friendly well run company. I travel a few miles for the V W service as their sales and service team go that extra mile in order to please their clients. Extremely happy with the welcoming atmosphere and superb mechanics.
