I've just bought an Electric car from Jason at JD Cleve and have to say that he has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend buying from him. There was a slight issue with a warning light on the car and Jason pro-actively phoned me a number of times to check it was OK and had been resolved. I needed to sell my previous car before buying this one and again Jason was very accommodating and not pushy at all. If you are looking for an electric car, or indeed any car, this is where you should go absolutely perfect!

I made an inquiry about the car. The car would be perfect, I had nothing to worry since he had bene in the business for 25 years. However, when I arrived after 200 miles one way, the car turned out to be accidented and parts were still broken. Also the bumper was badly painted. So much for 25 years of experience and me wasting 6 hours.

Gerrit is actually a Dutch motor dealer not a retail customer, This gentleman visited us with a view of a possible purchase from us of a Renault Zoe, this vehicle had been purchased by us from Renault direct as one of their end of lease vehicles, we only buy from direct sales channels to ensure our products are usually one owner vehicles with warranted mileage and no previous accident damage. Upon Gerrit inspecting the car it was noted by us both that the plastic cover inside the bonnet was cracked and needed replacing, this should of course been picked up in our workshop but was not. I apologised to Gerrit and offered to rectify the issue, he became very agitated and was swearing at me in both Dutch and English, he also became very aggressive, so much so that I retreated to my office for my own safety until he left our premises. Hands up – we should have seen the issue and rectified it prior to sale but sometimes mistakes happen and we shall learn from this. We sell over 300 vehicles a year and this is a very isolated incident, 99.9% of our customers are happy with our service and come back for repeat business.
