We bought our caravan just before the New Year. We picked the van up today 09.01.2024. Both brothers who sold us the caravan were so helpful, dealt with us courteously and efficiently, gave us some lovely extras to help get us started and the man who took us over the van explained everything brilliantly. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Thoroughly recommend JJ caravans. Can't wait to have our first trip out. Neil Manning and Dawn Reaney.

Dealing with J&J Cars Sales and Caravans has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Disgusting, Disgraceful, Outrageous, Awful customer care. Bought Motorhome for £12300 and after one week the ceiling was full of water. Formally rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but was flatly refused any refund. All emails ignored until threatened with court action as vehicle was sold not fit for purpose. Court procedure started. Still no refund. Manager eventually contacted me offering £11000 to settle. I refused and he became angry and hostile. Motorhome resold by J&J without my knowledge or consent despite still having the V5 in my name. Still no refund. Court starts CCJ process against J&J unless full refund plus costs settled within a 28 days. Still no refund. Documents sent via DCBL for high court writ to be served against J&J for full refund or cost of goods to cover value. Full refund plus costs finally received but too late to stop the CCJ’s against both companies being awarded. Eight long months of unnecessary and ridiculous behaviour costing J&J £1500 more than a refund, and CCJ’s affecting their credit for 5 years. Their arrogance really outweighs their intelligence. Please, please stay away from these dodgy, disrespectful, unhelpful, bullying, ignorant, arrogant people. They don’t care at all once they have your hard earned money.

I recently bought a caravan from these people but with great regret, there were small things wrong with it which myself and my husband were assured would be put right but they were not sorted out, after being told the van would be delivered by a certain time it wasn't, ig arrived hours and hours later also when inspecting the van after they had gone we found dumped in the wardrobe of the van loads of large empty water bottles then when the site opened we found the bedroom window was leaking which we kept complaining about, they never return calls and when we got in touch with them all they did was keep making excuses, we have found out the cause of the leak which is two cracks in the double glazing. In our opinion they are cowboys who rip people of and would NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE,

Disgusting company! Avoid at all costs! Bought a motorhome for it to be riddled with problems where the door hinges just snapped off. They took it back for months saying they couldn't fix it under warranty. After many complaints to trading standards they continued to 'kick the can down the road' until finally fixing some problems and not all. Now its realised they've stolen the TV and winch for the owning plus other items! Absolutely pathetic gypsy company stay well away from them! It will cost you dearly in the end. Zero stars! Scum!

I purchased a motorhome from j&j caravans on the 1st of March 2022 all checks and habitations checks should have been done with all faults rectified and ready and valeted ready for collection not so it had not been valeted Since purchase it has been in a garage 4 times having the jobs done that were promised would be done before collection. I had a habitation check done with a caravan club recognized dealer to find the roof had been damaged and been covered up with silicone the inner walls are wet and parts of the frame and floor are rotten and need to be replaced. I have been in contact with them since I took charge of the M/H I have sent them e.mails and phoned them now I have sent them 2 registered letters and waiting for a reply to my last letter

Called in to look at used stock the kid serving with the mullety hairstyle seemed to be having a bad day and put as many obstacles in our way as he could Weird behaviour so we walked and spent our £20,000 elsewhere

Was allowed a quick inspection. ,due to covid ,lovely guy ,so we thought ,was told after leaving a £500 deposit ,that any faults we had pointed out would be rectified,Three weeks was the time span we were given ,we live local to these sellers so passed every day and the MH never moved in that three weeks .we called in to the office regularly to be told they had sold numerous MH,s and we would be next to be dealt with for mot .six weeks later they contacted us to do the handover,van/payment .wow what a massive eye opener this was ,we were led to believe that it would be fully valeted and all problems we had pinpointed would be solved,the Ariel was taped up with black tape ,very visual .grey wastpipe was still split ,past owners stale dog food left in cupboard along with wet rags,no,electrics working ,fridge would ignite but would go out .and to top it all ,urine smell in bathroom,upon inspection loo was full of pee.we were told it would be fully gas checked,mot,d,a PDI ,fully valeted etc,doubt any of these were done .,anyway got loads of pics and will see them in court.BEWARE BEWARE .

We came to J & J caravans and were very disappointed by the lack of unprofessionalism. We made a purchase in the end, but came very close to walking away. We made several attempts to contact them by email and phone, never to get a response. When we did finally get a hold of them, we were treated quite rudely, as if we were an annoyance. The only reason we ended up going through with the sale was because we had given a £500 deposit, and quite frankly, thought we wouldn't get it back. I would suggest they work on their social skills and manners.
