The reviews I read were mixed, so I took a chance and can officially say that this place is shocking. Do not buy from here.

Bought a mini cooper back in January. The SAME DAY I drove the car away from the garage after collecting and paying £3,500, the engine light came on. I took it back to be repaired and the same issue carried on a further 4 times. I was told repeatedly that the car was being fixed and then returned, but the problem persisted. I finally got the car back for the last time, drove 1.7 miles and the car broke down. I demanded my money back as I am well within my right to. I was then told that the car had been 'flooded' (it had sat outside my house for about 2 weeks prior, there was no way the car was flooded - baffling) and that I had to explain what I had done?! It was a clear tactic to avoid paying me my money, so now I have escalated the problem and will be taking JK Motors to court in order to get my money back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Since then we have discussed payment via bank transfer, which is being refused, saying I have to be present to make the exchange, this is not the case, legally we can transfer everything virtually and in the post. Again just feels like a tactic to not pay me the money I am owed.

My Daughter just missed a car she had arrived to see and was very disappointed and almost in tears.Nick went out of his way to find her another(better)car and make her happy.We took a test drive myself and Daughter and she loved it-the smile came back.Nick made good a minor mark on car and did a service and was so helpful with any questions.We can highly recommend J K Motors(London) from our experience with Nick. Very helpful I am quite happy with my experience at JK Motors (London).

My son just bought a Vauxhall Corsa from Nick at J.K. Motors (London), and he couldn't have been more helpful. We asked if we could have an AA check done on the vehicle to check it was all o.k., and he was very happy to accommodate us. He complied fully with the AA inspection, fixed the things which the report highlighted as needing doing, and allowed us to test drive the car twice more to ensure that we were happy. He even offered for us to have the car overnight, but by then we were fully satisfied with the vehicle, and bought it. My son has only had it a day, so it is too soon to say if there will be any problems, but so far he is really happy with it, and with the service provided by the garage, and we would definitely go back to them again when we are looking for another vehicle. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend them.

I bought a nice Renault scenic from JK Motors (London), Nick was very helpful , the car is nice and clean, some some issues with my driver door lock but it was dealt with promptly and efficiently, Thank you JK Motors. I will definite recommend you to my friends. Mr H Celis.
