Purchased a Toyota HiAce Van, on delivery it was making a terrible noise. Advised that it was because he had just hit a pothole and negotiated £250 discount as thats what a local garage said a coil would cost. Next day took the van to the local garage, who refused to do any work on it, as its was deemed to be dangerous. They couldn't believe it had a new MOT, and advised me not to drive it at all. After many arguments and threats of court action, I eventually got my money back and they collected the vehicle. Even the collection company were hopeless, the vehicle would'nt even start a week later. They came to collect it, and I had to help push the van to jump start it so that they could get it back on the tow truck. I am a 62 year old lady. They are a bunch on incompetent cowboys.

JPA Motor Company lied about Advisory fixes. Very rude to customers. Manager walked away from conversation.

Just recently I discovered that my elderly Kia Sedona from JPA Motor Company was having a few problems. I have had the car from new in 2005 and it is only the second time it has required attention. The problem was a very rusty leaking pump. I took the car to the ups motor company and this was confirmed. The part was sourced and priced with fitting and although it was a dealer part the overall cost of repair was around 35% cheaper than other garage quotes. Once the repair was started the car suffered from other faults ie steering column faults which was picked up by the ups mechanic. I am so pleased now with the car and can feel a real difference in the driving of the vehicle The price was right,the service excellent and I would definitely recommend this local garage to anybody WELL DONE JPA!!!!
