Purchase of range rover back in May. Jack Henry told us , Full history, when checking , the car it's hadn't been serviced at all for nearly 3 years. They continued to ignore my what app messages,, and my phone calls, so we took it further. Considering i have a recored phone between myself and paul. (Evidence sent to finance) . Where he even admits it skipping through their hands he wasnt sure what happened. , we paid for the paint process, and doubt this was done either. 5months on, after back and forward with financial company , we have finaly won !!! we have now had it confirmed, battery issues, stop start issues confirmed at selling. Consider I brought a car (BMW from them 6years ago, that blew up after 10k miles I thought I'd give them another chance. But I seriously regret my choice now after the disgusting behaviour of this company. Selling us an unchecked car. With young kids and being pregnant. We're now going to seek more legal advice and Compensation. I seriously advise against using the dealership.

Think hard before buying from them. I purchased a car in December 2020, initial sale went ok, they offered delivery which helped do business during COVID restrictions. First sign of trouble was when the car turned up with 150 more miles on it and delivery driver who drove it to me rather than flatbed wanted a lift to the nearest train station. When I drove the car myself there were noises coming from the braking system. They told me to take it to a local garage and they would pay for the repairs. It needed new discs and pads all round, rear were scored, front discs were worn and it was not safe. Due to the fact it was going to cost over £700 to put it right they quite quickly stopped being helpful and started messing the garage and me around saying they would send their own parts and did not want to pay all the labour. They only covered part of the costs in the end leaving me well out of pocket. I will be recovering the rest via small claims.

The Jack Henry Group are dishonest and irresponsble. We have today made an official complaint to Trading Standards. They allowed us to drive away in a car that was not safe to drive. We found out as soon as we had bought it that it had the following major problems: • OSR Anti Roll Bar Linkage Broken • Near side front CV Boot Split • OSF Front Tyre worn (Cord visible) • NSR Tyre very low • Rear tyres low • Rear Suspension upper arm bushes badly worn • Front Suspension Arm Rear Bushes worn • Dash light fault indicates an issue with Handbrake, not brake pads • Scanned Engine Management System for fault codes - 51 discovered across various systems • Running fault - suspected to be the torque converter We were sold a warranty that cannot be used due to the fact that all of these defects had not been checked by the dealership prior to sale. And now the partnership are hiding behind COVID 19 and refusing to resolve the matter, despite still operating their business. Do NOT trust this partnership.

Dear Natasha, I am sorry that you feel this way about your purchase. The vehicle that you purchased was a vehicle advertised as a "part exchange to clear", a 2007 Range Rover sport which had covered 133,000 miles. Any Customer that purchases a part exchange to clear vehicle we explain to them that the vehicle is sold as seen and is subject to the customers own inspection. These vehicle are priced at a great deal less than similar vehicles because of this reason. They are not prepped by our staff i.e. fully valeted or put through our workshop the same as our retail vehicles. We take photos of any damage to the vehicle which we did on this particular car and they also do not appear on our website because they are not a retail vehicle. This is explained to every customer and we recommend for a customer to take out an extended warranty just incase you do experience any issues. When Mr Roberts came down he was happy with this, took the vehicle for a test drive, inspected the vehicle and also purchased an extended warranty to cover any potential issues. When you emailed to say that you were unhappy with the purchase i responded to say that we would be happy to assist in rectifying any faults on the vehicle but unfortunately due to the current situation our staff have been furloughed until further notice including our in house mechanics. We have never experienced this situation before but i am more than happy to help as soon as we are out of lockdown so our staff can return to work and assist with your issues. Kind regards

I bought a V10 Audi RS6 Avant from Jack Henry Group. It was competitively priced. I got what I wanted as a trade in. We did a straightforward deal. It turns out the car had a few 'standard' issues which, without making an 'avoidance fuss', jack sorted out in quick time. I'd buy another car from him but my car ticks all the boxes I need, for now.
We searched the internet for quite some time looking for the best place to buy a car. So pleased we found this little gem, couldn't ask for a better sale. Great car dealer in Jack Henry & c/o. Friendly & most of all HONEST! We would definitely recommend Jack Henry Group to our friends & family.

After looking for this certain car for a while and dealing with another very unfriendly dealer I decided to look further into this car. I made contact with Jack to which not only polite but very informative with his information on my car! With car history and willingness to get things rolling quickly I visited the next day for a test drive. After 1 week car was personally delivered with any little problems solved beforehand. Extremely happy with customer service and problem solving with a quick and easy outcome. Showed professionalism and care with family business. Jack Henry Group are very well recommended.
Found this car dealer via auto trader website and found a vehicle which mirrored to the car I have wanted for my family. Rang them and a bloke named Jack gave me insight and information about how can I get another car etc., as that time I really need to replace my old broken car. Went into the car dealer shop and formally met Jack which I thought too very young to his position and to his job selling stunning cars! But then, when we started to transact the car I have picked, am so amazed with Jack's selling attitude and confidently tracked down his business as easy as it was! He really helped me and sorted everything up to the time that I have got the car in the next day. Me and my family love our new car and Thanks a million to Jack from Jack Henry's Car! great service and easy transaction!
