Fantastic Service. I popped down to Jack Henry's to view one of their BMW's that they had advertised (at a great price). The car was everything I was looking for, immaculate and well documented - it was practically showroom condition. I expressed interest in the car almost immediately, and yet I didn’t feel pressured at any point in time. Most other dealers just see customers as walking pound signs and just want your money.. not Jack Henry's. I was blown away at how professional the whole process was start to finish, and it was so refreshing to receive such a personal, caring service from a dealer. Friendly and knowledgeable with a real passion for what they do, Jack Henry’s went well beyond the level of service you get from most other dealers. If you’re looking for a great car, great service at a great price - Jack Henry's is definitely the place to go.

I found Jack Henry very professional and helpful. The car was very well presented in comparison to others I had looked at and certainly competitively priced. I would certainly recommend them and return to buy another car. Nice to see a genuine family run business, rather than a salesman interested in targets.

I purchased a car from this dealer nearly a year ago. And from the get go it's had an issue with the power steering/fluid. We had to keep Travelling to him to have it sorted using my break down recovery. He said the issue was fixed. It wasn't. After him avoiding me he then rang to tell me he had another cars service book he desperately needed and I told him he wouldn't get it until the issue was resolved. He resolved it. By the 'trusty' Machanic fixing a cable tie to the pipe. Over the last week and nearly £600 later I've had the high pressure fluid hose replaced and the air con unit as fluid had gone in that and stopped it working. The car failed it's mot, surprisingly. I told jack when purchasing the car I needed something reliable for my son. And he promised me this would be fine and trustworthy. No morals! I have waited a year to leave my review until I got round to having all the issues fixed (costing near on £1400) on my car and unfortunately I haven't a good word to say about this company!

Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. The car I bought had a problem from very soon after I picked it up, I contacted them about it and was advised to take it to a third party mechanic for investigation. The cause of the problem could not be found at that time and now that the car has totally failed Jack Henry are denying (even in the face of phone records) having heard from us. Would strongly advise giving them a wide berth. I am facing a £2,500 bill for a car that was demonstrably faulty within 10 days of me purchasing it. They have tried to wriggle out of their responsibility and left me in tears of frustration and with seemingly no alternative but the small claims court.

This customer rang us to say she had a problem with her vehicle which I told her to book it into her local garage because she was some distance away. After checking the warranty on her vehicle we found it had expired by 2 months. Peter our salesman who originally sold the car to Kate explained this and said that if she brings the vehicle back then we will get our mechanics to take a look. She then told Peter that she had spoken to Jack which is myself about the problem when she had the car for 2 weeks and I told her to take the vehicle into Halfords. Kate never once rang me about a potential issue she had with her vehicle and I would never have told her to take the car into Halfords as they are not proper mechanics. Unfortunately we do get customers that try their luck on warranty claims when cars are out of warranty. I did however pay half of her bill that she had for the vehicle to be fixed. I also arranged it with our mechanics so we got a discounted rate on parts and labour. I tried to help out Kate as much as possible and I did by paying half of her bill to fix the car even when it was out of warranty. Unfortunately every story does have 2 sides and I don’t think Kate has told the whole truth about her review. Many thanks, Jack Fowler.
