I would just like to thank service manager Alan and mechanic Chris And also Melissa If buying a car from Jack Reids I would recommend taking out the warranty It made everything so simple
We acquired a VW Golf from the dealership two weeks ago and were more than content as to how the deal was transacted. Adam, the sales person, was proficient in respect of any paperwork which was required to be completed and this too was done in a very expedient manner. We most certainly would revisit Jack Reid cars when contemplating any future change of our current vehicle.

Bought a white 2016 golf r from jack reids was told they knew the car and they had service it over time and was well looked after and had been fully checked before we had bought it from them and car did look well when got golf r home put in garage and next day started in to polish golf things went on till i started to polish roof i found 3 marks on it it looked as if someone had rubbed if with sand paper tried compounding marks still there then i went to front of car to fine the grill was heavy stone chipped and the front off bonnet was chipped to next the drivers window was stone chipped to i have asked auto glass to put in new window the car is for my wife i told jack reid about window i was asked were where the chips and because they were not in front were driver looks out it was nothing to with them i said to myself no point in telling them about the rest am now wondering what about jack reids warranty and the 6 months warranty i paid for well you learn every day so if you are thinking of buying a second hand from JACK REIDS make sure you look over it well i took their word for it to be checked over 100% who every looked the golf R over i would tell jack reid to get them glasses so beware we spent 24K on this car not much off a return it is sad to leave reviews like this FRANKIE BELL

A good experience, everyone at Jack Reid Cars was helpful and professional, which made changing the car hassle free.
Went to Jack Reid Cars. Car I looked at was badly presented. Overpriced and covered in touch up paint. Sales assistant advised me, that I wouldn’t buy it. He was correct, I went to another dealer.
