I bought a Volvo XC60 from Jacksons of Shipdham seven weeks ago and while they do great deals their aftercare is poor. I have had to take the XC60 back four times with an engine service fault, which is still ongoing, two engine sensors fitted, and it still has the fault, twice they said it was going into a Volvo Dealership, guess what? it never got there. Now they are not returning my calls, guess i will have to book the Dealership myself and try and claim it back.

We contacted customer we had told customer our local Volvo dealership had vehicle 3 times the main dealer fitted many parts & eventually after spending nearly £4000 on the Volvo XC60 the issue was fixed & customer is happy & towing his caravan with no engine management lights coming on

I had a Volvo XC60 from new and it had an electrical engine fault that over 3 years the main dealership was unable to fix. So I wouldn’t blame Jacksons but the main dealer and Volvo.

This Review is not true or correct we always return calls & resolves any issues with customers , we have been established over 30 years .We have our own main dealer trained technicians and sell 1 Owner cars normally under manufacturers warranty . Andrew Jackson
I put a car in Dec not a cheap one either. I don’t live local and after getting home I discovered the remote key didn’t work I rang three different times and finally was told they had another key but weren’t sure which one so I had to come to test which one.. I also discovered a cd was jammed in the CD player so doesn’t work a couple weeks later the car broke down I had to fork out for repairs and a short time later the display on radio has gone and the usb doesn’t work! I have called Jacksons of Spipdham for help but received non! Not happy!

We pride ourselves on putting customers 1st we under right our own warranties recently we fitted a diff to a land rover freellander one week out of warranty which was wear & tear however we did all under warranty for customer please ring garage speak to myself Andrew Jackson I will get car looked at we always ring customers back especially if they are unhappy we have sold thousands of cars & customers are very happy
Bought a car from here 6 months ago, all cars have 12 months warranty with the garage. 2 problems arose, both of which have been fixed at Jackson's cost with no quibble. One of which was fixed with the main dealer under the Jackson's account. I did have to do a little chasing, but this is a small business with a lot going on and in the end all fixed so can't complain!

Purchased a car from Jacksons of Shipdham In December 16, As advertised on all vehicles "Full Service History" and one owner, The vehicle has in fact got no service history at all and I am the 3rd owner on the Logbook. Thank Goodness for remaining Main Deal warranty, which has had over £1000 worth of repairs since purchasing. Matt and Andrew apear nice and friendly but are however selling un road worthy vehicles.
I purchased a Skoda from here in January. The car was clean and in good shape and the dealers were rather helpful. The value for money is good. However, I found the after sales to be very poor. The car did not come with a spare tyre, a jack or an inflator. have requested these things but its been a couple of months and I haven't heard anything. Based on that I am very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend them,.

I would 100% recommend Jackson Car Sales, everything was done very quickly. I bought the car on finance and the funds hadn't cleared and they still let me drive the car away that day which I thought was brilliant. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car in the Norfolk area
