Brought a van on the understanding that it would be delivered in 48hrs, but it was 10 days before it finally arrived after many phone calls and being constantly fobbed off. Van arrived a number of issues have been found, contacted them, send a quote and we will sort it, quote duly sent and again despite numerous phone calls and emails, nothing, have now resorted to legal action
I would leave no stars, but I am unable to

Bought my Jaguar from this company. After 1 month from owning it, it was great but then i had fault unfortunately with the ad blue system. I contacted the dealership straight away and they said take it to a garage for it to be checked and send a invoice for any repairs. I sent them the invoice for repair and they organised their own parts to be delivered to my local garage and they paid for the labour cost. It was very easy and simple and can’t fault the service. Would recommend buying from this company

We purchased a van from this company promised us had a service but hasn’t , send spare key but hasn’t , service light on still, add blue light on cost us for an injector 2 days in garage , called Tony she told to email have done a few times but not replied won’t answer phone stay well away
