Bought a van, within 2 weeks engine gave up, according to garage not even the original engine to van. We returned for refund and as yet 3 weeks later were still chasing for answers, no refund and no vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from Jagland in Halifax and I had a great time, the customer support is meticulous and punctual, and the guys assisted me in every step and quibble of the purchase. Special thanks to Jake who personally followed up on my case and was amazing. Highly recommended.

Sales people happy to do what they can. Once cash transferred it’s a different matter. Do not give a review in the office when you purchase like they push you too- you may regret it! Purchased the car under the pretence that mot, full service and scratches would be remediated. Got the car home to find no service was completed and although they said they would cover the cost for me to sort, the only offered 25%. Or I could take a 4 hour round trip at my own expense for them to do a service. Scratches reappeared days later- but I did have a mot so suppose that was something. Couldn’t tax the car though and that took 4 days to sort! Several warning lights on the car appeared within 1 week of sale, all should have been sorted before I purchased. I completed my own checks in the car after feeling unsure about what they told me about the car vs the reality. Outstanding Hire purchase that I had to chase down for resolution. Overall a pretty shocking experience, with no consideration for the customer once the have your cash. Love to sell you the dream of “this is your present to yourself, you deserve it” (their actual words) and take pictures of you with your new car. For you to get home and realise you brought something off an incompetent bunch of sales men.

⚠️⚠️Absolutely the worst car buying experience, where do I begin. So many issues so many lies. This company does not care at all after you pay they are done. Everything you are told is for the interest of getting your money. Received a car with No Mot, was told it has Mot for a year. Can’t tax it because it hasn’t passed Mot and when I inquired about it, they say it was a mistake an I should drive the car back to the company to be Mot. The car is illegal on the road an I live three hrs away. No resolution they say. So much more but take this warning to stay far far away. ⚠️⚠️

Very pleasant staff. Patient, helped us with a complicated finance company. Car was nice & clean. All paperwork was handled in a competent manor by Jake . Very happy & would help highly recommend.
