Received car remotely with several dents, scratches and missing keys etc - obviously none were mentioned prior to delivery. The car arrived dirty as as driven 100miles even though I’d been charge £300 for trailered delivery. Jason (manager) offered a small contribution to cover some of the bodywork. Since that I have had all sorts of problems meaning the car has spent more time at a garage being repaired than actually driven. Jag land do NOT wanna know. They ignore correspondence and make no effort to satisfy or rectify customers requirements. If I had known the response time and general lack of caring would be like this then I would have rejected the car initially. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Couple weeks ago we seen the advert for a van on auto trader and call them up if it is still available and we drove from Newcastle for 2 hours when we arrived jagland there was no one place was closed 15:30 in the afternoon when we called they said they are on break and will be 15 min. We waited 30 min eventually thry came And they were two guys very unprofessional and very unpleasant situation Straight away are you Gona buy the van We said we would like to test drive and see the paperwork he is asking if we put the deposit and if we like the van yes we can considere it however he is keep asking if we are going to buy the van surely we didn't travel 2 hours if we weren't serious he is still not showing the paper work such as service history and like to know how many owners etc I can let you take a test drive but are you going to buy it which is their question Came to point that we are not interested buying it any longer very poor customer service not transparent regarding paperwork Such a shame they made a good looking garage however very bad customer service and rude mannered sales person
