Absolutely fantastic experience using JAGLAND. Fresh car and easy process. The cars they have are wild! Nothing beats the Jaguar SVR I bought of them though 😉 Honestly, one of the best garages I’ve come to , no stress, no hassle, good to deal with and got a decent price for part exchange. Adam, Arron, Sam, Jake and Tina… best group of sales people, had a laugh with them in the office. Highly recommended, and I will be back for another future purchase.

My partner Brought me a bmw was told it was immaculate and would come with a new battery a valet throughout an a full service. Once the guy dropped it off I took the car out an the drivetrain light came on followed by replace battery light! Checked the history no service. And the car was filthy! The car hasn’t been cleaned at all there was mud all in the ceiling an back of the chairs yellow stuff stuck to interior ceiling light! Had no joy getting it sorted with jagland I even tried to contact one of the directors and got no response. I decided to take the car to a independent garage to get the car check over, we discovered the clutch was about to go, the swirl flaps needed replacing and a couple of other problems which with the service was going to cost an addition 2500 on top of the 12500 we just paid for the car! To say I’m angry an disappointed in an understatement! Avoid at all costs!!!!

The car was listed as having excellent service history & they lied to my face about it's last service, even stating where and when it was done. The car I purchased should have had a miniumum of 4 services and I had been provided with none. I have been chasing the supposed customer care team and whattsapp contact but they never get back to you. The car is worth nowhere near what they sold it for and i am now seeking legal action because they just won't respond. AVIOD THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!

Dear Kai, Frankly I am shocked by your review albeit all we did for you and your father at Jagland. Every request you put forward was met to provide you with a great customer service experience. Initially, you and your father listed numerous items you wanted your car to have which were not advertised and I personally provided all to you even before you had purchased the vehicle. In addition, the vehicle was advertised as having excellent service history and we delivered. Again, personally I provided you with copies of service history and also advised you to go to BMW and receive access to your IDRIVE so you can view previous services digitally. Unfortunately, we will be reporting this review for false information as it is unacceptable and provide Car Dealer Reviews with evidence to support our response. Regards, Sam

I am genuinely staggered by Jagland’s Assistant Manager Samuel’s response. Again Jagland never responded in person to find a solution, but as soon as there is a negative review online they spring into action and with each message dig a deeper hole for themselves! Firstly another Jagland employee contacts car dealer reviews requesting the review is removed as they have never sold a car to me or my son, yet now they have miraculously remembered us! Regarding Sam's comments, I did make work requests before agreeing to buy the car. This was two new front tyres as they were illegal, one completely bald (although they only fitted part worn) , car mats and replacement battery in the key fob, so basically not an extensive list. Regarding the service history, 2 weeks ago Sam most probably hoping it was an enquiry & not me on the phone answered and to his credit did manage to obtain one service record at 34899 miles. Given the car is a 68 plate with 94000 miles on the clock this is not excellent service history. I am happy to remove the review when Jagland provide the excellent service history as advertised or at least reply to my many emails with an acceptable proposal. Thanks Scott
