Bought a car that was not as described with multiple faults Quick to take my deposit but still haven’t received it back weeks after returning the car . Haven’t communicated what so ever despite multiple calls, emails and texts. The customer service has been disgusting.

Bought my land rover of them through Ebay. Everything was done quickly and my Land Rover was delivered in 3 days. The car looked like brand new and i was very happy with it. Only problem was that the dpf light was on which was unusual for a 2019 model with only 30,000 miles and it drove absolutely fine. The dealership said it could be a wet sensor but advised me to go get it checked by a local land rover garage. I took it to a local garage the next day and they said it had a faulty sensor which then the dealership paid for the whole amount, new battery and extended my warranty on the vehicle. To be honest, I would make this my permanent dealership to buy all my cars from... All the staff were nice and friendly from the start to finish and the aftersales experience by far was second to non. The car is fantastic and im glad I trusted this dealership to do business with. Ring the guys up for your next vehicle.

Bought our first car of jagland when they first started up this year. Had a good experience and the car has been great. This gave us the confidence to buy 2 more vehicles of them and they was local to us which was also a positive. The owner is very nice and the salesman, Arron, was a pleasure to deal with. Great set of team, everything was done quick and can’t fault them.

Sold a car full of issues. Full of promises and nothing done. Currently sorting the car myself before sending in the bill. I guess it will be court action. Engine lights on, service lights on (was told full service to be done). Parts loose. 2nd key not working. Don’t deal with Arron. Rubbish car rubbish company

Great reply Liam. But when you’re told a car is immaculate and would have a full service and fully checked then turns up with all sorts. Then clearly your company talk rubbish and sell such cars. Talk to Arron he will fill you in.

The email reply you have gotten is a standard one which they will not reply to, they say they have no record of the complaint which is rubbish as I emailed the three email addresses including the help one and even sent a registered letter so I would avoid the company at all costs

Bought my car of these guys and had a fault with the alternator and battery after a week of owning it. I emailed them up and got a call back, spoke to a lady called Aksa. They resolved it within 3 days so I'm not sure if you guys are contacting the right department. The sales guys said they couldn’t deal with it as its a seperate team who deal with all the issues and complaints. The aftersales experience I received was great from them… Its worth giving them a ring.

I had a similar problem with this company - However, they redeemed themselves and dealt with my problems straight away after I made a complaint to them on email. I got multiple phone calls during this, Aksa and the manager Michael in the aftersales team were very good. You need to ring or email them, I hope this helps the issues if you still have them 👍
