We had a car from them for 14months lots of ‘jobs’ they claim to have done to the car haven’t actually been done. Had to replace a boot catch and it was completely broken, yet this garage claimed they’d already replaced it. Car has been faulty with no pull had it looked at by a garage to be told it’s been faulty a while. Car is now a right off. And this garage don’t care.

Fantastic people to deal with excellent value for money had two cars off John very pleased with them. Would definitely recommend James Grace Cars.
You only find out how good a dealership is if you get a problem with your new car. I had 3 problems, the biggy was the air conditioning failed followed by a problem with one of the keys and the washer jets. All three problems were sorted in a short time frame working around my work schedule. The best bit was the attitude from John. His approach was positive to get the problems fixed as quickly as possible. Unlike some dealers who will try and fob you off. In short dealing with James Grace motors has been a very positive experience and I would heartily recommend them.

Bought a fiesta diesel 2007 silver .The car is the best car i have ever owned stunning fuel consumption the staff at the garage were very helpfull.Its the second car my family have bought from this garage and both are spot on. I can honestly say i would buy here again THANKS
Do not buy from James grace cars John the owner is a waste of space they won't fix a problem when it's under warranty and weeks after fixing they won't give you recipes. Had problems with my car as soon as I drive it away they are no help I would never buy a car from there again and I would advise other people not to buy from him
