Twice I have bought from James and on both occasions he has gone above and beyond to provide a first class service!. I have purchased two 3ltr a4 avants one of which is still going faulty free after 3 years of ownership after purchasing off James with the newest addition showing just as much potential for that level of reliability. James knowledge and customer service deserves recognition and I would defintiely buy from him again. Very good warranty offered on both occasions which I did take out.

I bought a Bentley from James at James Kelly cars and he bent over backwards for me.He is by far the best and most honest car dealer I've ever met.He even put extras on the car I only mentioned that might look good,usuing his own time.He got the car fully serviced and valeted as well before he personally delivered it to my office.I was ecstatic when I first saw it.Mint was an understatement and he still tried to pick holes saying if you look extremely close your see a stone chip.Even with the Hubble telescope I wouldn't see it.Your minds playing tricks on you james.The engine purrs like a big cat.Im so happy you wouldn't believe.Ive never met a car dealer that really cares and looks after his customers until I met james I personally would highly recommend him.Thank you so much James and it's going to be yet another 5 stars from me.Well done👍

I bought an Audi A3 convertible . I made the purchase without seeing the car as I live a very long way from the dealer ship. James was brilliant from the very first point of contact. He kept me informed .He was very honest & was 100% reliable. I would say this purchase has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Also the car was even better in person . James was very friendly and helpful, went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable taking the 300 mile trip to see the car. Ended up buying an Audi A3 cabriolet off of him and it is to a very high standard and a beautiful car to drive. Would definitely recommend him
