Took my E Class in for a serivce and was notified of a little play in front nearside wheel due to suspension strut. Was told it didn't need replacing and would check it again next time the car was in. Took for an MOT 2 months later, the service rep came out half way through and asked if I would use them to repair any problems, I stupidly said yes. Came out 5 mins later and told me they had failed the MOT due to suspension strut. Took car to another garage because I could tell something was off. Was told by another mechanic that there was no way that the strut should have failed an MOT.

Do not use this branch. Took car in for mot. Had a call saying it needs 2 new tyres costing £420 Came back next day. They couldn't do mot and charged me the tyres. Tried calling to resolve. The service team was awful, rude and hung up on me AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is not one experience but three visits to Jardine and now not even a response from polite emails I am absolutely shocked at just how bad this place is, and I truly wish no one to have the same experience best stay clear! Read on if you wish to know in detail? First visit: SRS light on, their verdict can’t find anything wrong with it reset it at a cost of £174.00 few weeks later comes back on again! Second visit: Uh it’s the SRS ecu they say! further cost of £870.00 drive off and notice they have gouge the leather cup holder cover in the center console turns out this is where the SRS ecu is they admitted fault mean time SRS light comes on again! Third visit: Uh yes sir it’s the front drivers motion sensor but don’t worry we will repair it free of charge this time, no mention of the £1044.00 they’ve already had from me! Next day SRS back on along with ESP this time and notice they’ve managed to snap the handle off the under seat compartment! Totally done with this place I took it elsewhere for there opinion only to find the sensor they said they changed was never touched no tool marks noticeable same age as the car with date stamp on it same age as the car! Make your own judgement from that!

I’m from Northern Ireland and I saw a 2021 D Class advertised. Once contacted I couldn’t have got better service and attention, Once the sale was agreed, we set off for Ipswich, On arrival there I was again most impressed the Young sales staff they had the Car ready for dispatch and soon we where on our way to Cairnryan Ferry And if I was going to open a car business the staff that met me would be what I would require to give me a successful Business
We traded in our beautiful black c class estate,for an e class . We do feel let down though as we weren't told that it had run flat tyres and wgeelscthat would cause us stress and great expense.

I called this morning as we have just purchased a 2014 MB E Class Cabriolet 220 Cdi. & I was interested to know if MB had a wind defector as a accessory option. The really helpful & knowledgeable Parts Assistance asked for my vehicle reg., from which he was able to determine the chassis number. From this he checked availability to discover that the factory option was unavailable for our 207 model. He then took the trouble to provide the MB parts number, namely, A2078600474 saying that if I carried out an internet search it was likely I would find one. I was most impressed by the way he handled my enquiry & the trouble he took, so thought my positive experience needed airing, although sadly I don't have his name. I have now located a 207 wind deflect & have placed an order. Well done Ipswich MB parts dept..

Bought a Mercedes GLC which had issues with tyre crabbing on the test drive. I was told the tyres were dirty and the problem would go away once I drove home. I was suspicious but proceeded with the sale as they promised to rectify if it persisted. They now deny the conversation (despite evidence of correspondence). I tried to reject the car and they delay and then transfer the case to their legal department. I will boycott all Jardine dealerships in future. This is a disgusting way to treat loyal customers.

Perchanced used car very helpfull all through experience. We not made to feel unwanted at anytime.will go back to them for service.much better than experience from Norwich dealership.

Thank you so much last Friday for coming to my rescue. On Friday a red warning light suddenly appeared on my dashboard. The problem was resolved very efficiently and swiftly as I was able to take it to Ipswich straight away. Thank you to the Mercdes Benz Ipswich team.
Mercedes of Ipswich is disgraceful, horrible and unprofessional. There are countless reviews of how bad this dealership are and I suggest everyone should stay clear of this dealership.I saw an A class i was interested in and they made me pay a deposit and sign all of the finance documents. They then cancelled the finance and are now refusing to give me my deposit. To make things worse the General Manager of the dealership Donald Logue then sent a message to every employee of the Ipswich dealership that they should hang up when I call. The staff are rude and I suggest that there should be reform in this dealership. I advice everyone not to go near this dealership at all.
