I was looking to change one of our Mercedes cars and went to the Mercedes dealership in ipswich where I have purchased 7 cars before. After choosing type model we liked and went through nearly 2 hours of patter the deal was put to us. Not over happy I ask if I could see exactly how the price had been calculated but was told "sorry not aloud to do that" couldn't believe it so left the showroom. When we got home priced it on the official Mercedes website and there seemed to be quite a large discrepancy in their favour. I guess he had added on every insurance extra he could lay his hands on hence why he wouldn't show me what I was paying for. So now bought from elsewhere. Shame it's not the same excellent service we have has from the service dept over the years.
