Awful customer service! Have had to chase over 6 times for my refund! Still haven’t received it after 4 weeks! Only person who would help was a receptionist! The manager wouldn’t even take my call! If you don’t get a car with them, Good luck getting your deposit back!!
I have been there three times and they couldnt fix my problem. For the last time i went for a mot test they gave failed. I fixed the problem and went the next day for a remot test and i waited 6 hours for a 5 minute job. My car is still not fixed and is still there. I asked for my keys and took my car back. I lost my money and time so they really have a bad service. Do not go to this place.

This showroom encourage relationships and affairs amongst the workplace! There worker Robert has had secret affair with a fellow employee behind his long term partners back with whom they had 3 small children he has now left her and the kids and got his new girl pregnant. Don’t send your partner here if you can’t trust them they might not come back and get more of a service than paid for! Disgusting

My car was broken into 2 weeks ago, after calling my insurance, I contacted the Mercedes road assistance that works with the RAC to collect the car and send it to a garage because it couldn't be left on the road with the window glasses shattered. To my biggest surprise, the advisor I spoke to said that in addition to collecting the car they will arrange for the dealership to have it fixed for me free of charge. Of course I was happy with that and asked them to take the car and I cancelled my insurance claim. This incident happened on Monday 22/04/2024. On Monday 29/04/2024 I received a call from this dealer's service team telling me that they wouldn't fix the car free of charge and that I would need to pay for it, I was shocked I tried to explain what was promised to me by Mercedes RAC but they refused to listen and said that they could NEVER advise me that they could fix the car for me free of charge it's not includedin my warranty. It came to me as a shock because they were literally telling me that I was a liar. After 2 days of a horrible back and forth with them, they insisted that they never ever said that to me and that I had to pay for the repair or collect the car myself and have it repaired elsewhere because they would NOT fix it for me. The lady was so rude to me on the phone she even hung up the line on me. I raised a complaint via email but no one replied to my email. I tried to call no one got back to me. Horrible customer experience! Anyway to get myself out of this as I was tired of being ignored, I called a day later asking them if I could pay for the damages... well to my biggest surprise they refused to take my payment over the phone saying that only the person dealing with my issue could sort this out and would contact me back!! Can you imagine this? But that's it, another 2 days later, no one has contacted me back, I emailed and called everyday single day since no one is replying to my calls and emails. I am completely being ignored and they still have my car.I mean I use and need my car for work and now I am stranded. It's been 2 weeks. They decided to ignore me after a silly dispute where THEY gave me the wrong information in the first place. I work in customer service myself and I have never seen this type of treatment. I only had the car for 4 months and I bought it brand new from this dealer, I am shocked!!

I am breaking our poor experience down to the basics for ease of reading for other potential customers. 1) At the point of arranging, viewing the car and a test drive the service was fine so - (8/10) 2) At the point of taking money (deposit) again service fine so - (8/10) 3) Communication post receiving a deposit good, but slowly degrading - (6/10) 4) Collection day, poor, the car was 2 days late for being ready. We were there over 4.5hrs waiting for it to be ready as someone didn't even put the correct number plates on the car. Jobs agreed were completely missed and the ceramic detail offered isn't worth the water used to wash the car. DON'T ever get it done here as they have no idea about detailing whatsoever. Washing a car and spraying on a quick detail ceramic coating on is NOT a ceramic coating and wouldn't even justify 1hrs labour let alone their discounted £400 aside from their original £600 ish price. Upon receipt of the car it was clear iron contamination was still present throughout and so no decontamination was completed at all resulting in me personally re-doing the car myself post collection to ensure the car was properly protected. You have no idea how to detail a car... 5) Post collection issues. Within days of receiving the car an issue highlighted on the test drive returned, they had apparently serviced the car, but this is questionable as whomever did it didn't reset the service indicator meaning again the car was telling us a service was due still. There were also a number of agreed fixes to be completed before we collected the car but as it was late and dark upon collection due to their failures we had to contact them a few days later to raise all the missed items. Post collection customer service (-5/10), they do not return calls, do not fix issues properly and do not care. I ended up having to escalate the matter to the Ceo of Jardine Group and my next point of call would have been the Ombudsman with a legal case raised against this garage. After losses our side for fuel, tolls and time spent traveling too and from whilst also having to make no less than 30+ calls we finally rejected the car and are done with this garage. Overall I wouldn't trust anyone in this dealership with a car I own, they are incompetent and show no respect for customers whatsoever after the point of taking your money. They want to do quick fixes and bodges over just replacing clearly faulty parts and their Branch manager Trevor didn't even have the courtesy to come and see us to apologise for their shambles of a businesses, lack of customer support and lack of customer care when we dropped the vehicle for a full refund. What's even more shocking is that they had no consideration whatsoever for us and how much time and money was wasted by us trying to work things out amicably. It saddens me to say it but this is the worst garage I have ever dealt with in my entire life of buying and owning cars (which is a long time) and their incompetence and lack of customer focus shocks me to the point I have no idea how they are even running as a Branch. Do yourself a favour and avoid this one at all costs... Overall Score is (-5/10) AT BEST...

Do not go here. I visited yesterday, battled the lakeside traffic and was told there was no one available to see me, so i made an appointment for today. Back in the traffic, arrived and was told no appointment had been made and yet again no one available to see me. I was looked at as if I was an inconvenience. Absolute joke, do not give them any business because they certainly don’t care
I bought a 2016 E220d with low mileage, 36000 and with the digital dash. Never had the chance to take it for test drive, bought it there and then. £20000 + 2010 Freelander 2.2Tdi XSe with 115000 on the clock, needed constant TLC. On taking delivery the issues started, electronics and brakes (ABS). Minimum three times back under warranty, problem still there and emails now ignored. Now 8 months down the road, 36000 is now 42000. "B" service flashing, not sure how it works but I believe one year "A" 12000 miles and following year "B". No choice its got to be a Merc dealer, I want to keep the log book upto date electronically and peace of mind. This time handed the car over to the largest Dutch Mercedes-Benz dealership, I told them about the on going issues with the car. Conclusion: They found passenger side rear wheel inner tread down to the steel wire, all other tyres showing excessive degredation and battery needed changing. The wheel alignment, balancing and tracking was well out of tolerance. So "B" after 6000 miles, new battery and new tyres with alignment, balancing and tracking brought back into tolerence and she drives like a Mercedes now. PROBLEMS GONE! The requested full report that I got from the Dutch dealer was forensic, last service was October 2022 so one year exactly. This says a lot about about the UK dealer, a Dutch dealer just wiped the floor with them. I wonder if a least an apolgy?

Today 11/10/23 in the morning I had an appointment for reprogramming my Mercedes ML 4x4 key . Alex dealt sorted out the key in very professional, polite manner. I would like to say Thank you for your quality service .
The staff here are so rude and not helpful. I put my car in for a passenger airbag recall and I collected my car with a scuffed up alloy and a broke sat nav which they are blaming on me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
