I bought a used approved A3 in July 2023, the car was due to be delivered to me at home before 2pm as I live 45 miles away. I called on the morning to confirm and all was ok, I called again at 2.30 and was advised the driver had only just got back from his first delivery. So I had to go to work in my old car and the A3 was delivered to my workplace, meaning I had to arrange to get the both cars home. The A3 had an extra 1000 miles on the clock to the day I signed the contract of sale. Both keys needed the batteries replacing, part of the contract was that the car should have a full tank of fuel, however I had to go fill it up the following day. I had to fight to get the cost of the fuel back and also replacement batteries sent - then when the batteries were sent they made no difference to the warning light in the vehicle. I took them to my local dealership in Huntingdon who advised that the batteries were not original VW batteries and were a different size, hence them not working. I had to purchase 2 more batteries from them. They did not send the full fuel amount back initially, but eventually they sent the remainder of this receipt along with the cost of the batteries. MK Audi didn't change the roadside assist to be 12 months from my purchase so it ran out after 8 months and nobody would acknowledge my request to have it changed to my name and extended to the 12 months in the purchase contract. I have had numerous problems with the car and it has been back to garage for repairs more times than all of my previous cars put together. The MMI system has been deleted and reinstated at least twice and still randomly reinitialises, the radio reception disappeared whenever I put the heated rear windscreen on, it had a safety recall also, One of the rear childlock was faulty and needed replacing, and in the last month the other sides childlock has stopped working and needs replacing. MK Audi have washed their hands of the problems. It's now out of warranty and Huntingdon Audi have also been trying to contact them to agree to pay for the replacement of the next childlock but they have also been ignoring their calls and messages. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, if I am honest I wouldn't buy another Audi as I have had heard similar issues from people with audis less than 4 years old. My car is due to be part exchanged on Monday after only 15 months as I have no faith in it any more. I am being told by Audi HQ that the warranty has expireknown because they wash their hands of you once you drive off the forecourt. d, however on the system it says it has extended warranty until next year, but it is in someone elses name and Huntingdon Audi won't fix the second childlock unless I pay for it or MK Audi offer to pay for it - but as mentioned they have been ignoring their messages. All in all I would avoid Jardine Motors or Stratstone Motors as they are now known

I bought an approved used VW Tiguan 2021 1.5TSI from Marshall’s VW Milton Keynes online in March 2024. They sent a walk round video highlighting spec, features and any imperfections as requested. I asked for the alloy to be touched up that was highlighted to have been kerbed and a couple other minor imperfections. Upon receipt of the vehicle I noticed the alloy had not been done but the car seemed to be in great condition so I accepted it. It was then the s**t hit the fan. ‘Ping’ your MOT is due the following week! What? It’s an approved used vehicle that comes with 2years warranty etc and MOT should’ve been done! I live 200miles from Milton Keynes so took it to my local approved VW dealer (not affiliated with Marshall’s) who carry out the MOT and found £2000 worth of things needing immediate attention including brake pads 80% worn, brake discs 80% worn, both alloys needed attention, front tyres 80% worn, no sunroof service as promised and a chip in the windscreen. I confronted Marshalls and their Manager Gary was very reluctant and at times rude. He stated why is it their problem I signed for the car? It’s states on their website comprehensive checks carried out and 12months MOT….I’m not a mechanic and the faults are difficult to ascertain unless you have some knowledge of motor vehicles. No checks where obviously carried out and I felt EXTREMELY let down by Marshalls and VW with serious doubts over the car I had purchased less than 10days ago. I had to book it in with my local dealer 6 WEEKS LATER to get the work done which Marshalls only agreed to pay for as I threatened to return the car per my statutory rights! I’m appalled by the service, lies, deceit and rudeness of Marshalls and would stay well clear if I had the time over again. JCT600 Hull is my local dealer and I could not praise their customer service enough.
Very poor service. No point coming here for a vehicle service when you'll get better service and better prices from an independent garage.

Have been with Audi for over 7 years and since after covid have observer a very poor service. Somenstaff are mew and not trained properly. They move you from one person to other with no one taking responsibility. If you are a new customer great red carpet. But if you want to sell your car back to them they don't return call back ever. Also will keep front receptionists to take your email and number and promise of call back.. but you will.notbhear from them. My 16 calls have not been answered back yet in over 4 weeks now. Amazingly poor service. Great car but terrible miltonkeynes audi service. Would recommend not to get caught with them

Susannah Irons. What an absolute star, Very Helpful and Efficient, Can not do enough to make sure everything is Just Perfect. Been Assisting me for the last 7yrs. Brilliant.
Excellent service advisor Susannah Irons. I went in to get a price on a service plan and came away with a free Audi DataPlug connedtivity upgrade. She even went beyond her job desciption and went outside in the-5 degrees freezing cold weather and connected the device into my interior service port in 5 seconds. She then took me though all the benefits of having the upgrade.Highly recommended Audi Main Dealership and DataPlug.
First class service from Jonathan, nothing was too much trouble. The providing of short videos of the handover instructions and the drive-off was a nice touch. This the first Audi we have bought and after our experience we definitely recommend this dealer.
