I have been liaising with VW to get my new car to meet all of my needs. I cannot thank Anil enough for all of his great help and support throughout the whole process. Nothing but positive vibes, and was kept up to date with my car all along.

I purchased a T-Cross on Friday and cannot praise Lloyd and Nico enough. Lloyd was fantastic from the start of the process by sending me a very detailed video of the car, answering my list of questions and processing the paperwork. Nico then took over with the finalisation of paperwork and explained the functions of the car and was a real pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend buying a car from here. I had travelled from London and it was worth the train journey and of course a lovely car to drive home with.

I recently bought one of the new ID4 electric cars & can’t speak highly enough of the way I was looked after & treated. Nico was extremely polite & well informed on all technical aspects of the car & gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase of this new model.

The salesperson who dealt with the buying of our new T Roc was Nico Andrews. We cannot thank him enough for all his excellent help and attention to detail re explaining the car and all the necessary paper work which ensued during the buying of this car. We are absolutely delighted with our car and recommend anybody wanting to buy from Marshals of St. Albans should ask for Nico if he is available. The General Sales Manager Anderson Abanulo also went out of his way to ensure the searching for the right car for us with Nico was done most professionally.

I recently had a fault in my VW Polo car. After explaining the issue I was having with it. The service advisor Bhavesh fully understood the problem and reassured me not to worry all will be sorted and offered me a replacement car on site. Took some details in the office (ID etc). I was kept in touch all the way from start to finish, by calls, emails and also a video message when the work was fully carried out. When the car was ready I was given the option to pick a time to come and collect the car safely. The car was presented like showroom quality when I’d picked it up. I recommend Bhav as a truly professional advisor in all aspects. I will definitely spread the word and recommend him if anyone was to visit this branch.

I brought a polo car at St Albans and the dedication and service shown from Azim was second to none ... polite and gracious and funny ... Any questions we had about the car he sorted and put my mind at ease ... Megan

We have recently purchased a VW from Lancaster. We had a lot of undecided issues in our exploration so it was a tortuous journey. But Hannah Ferguson the saleslady who helped us did so with panache. She listened carefully to us and correctly identified the major areas where decision was needed. She helped us with them where her knowledge filled the gaps in our own. At no time did we feel under any pressure to purchase a vehicle. On one occasion we arrived unannounced in the hope simply of looking at a car we knew was on the forecourt. We did not need her to clear her morning for us but graciously she did. We enjoyed our dealings with her and recommend thoroughly.

I called Jardine's last week to enquire about them undertaking a service and MOT on my VW (which I brought from them) and was put through to a lady in service reception. Because I wanted some information which she didn't understand she treated me like a complete moron, this was to the point where she started 'tutting' and cut me off. I called back and spoke to the service manager who was very accommodating, HOWEVER, the damage had been done, I've never been treated that way before and it upset me. I took my custom elsewhere (£820's worth) I will never use VW St Albans again which includes buying another vehicle, awful approach to customer service!!

I booked through a lovely polite girl Giovanna in a bookings team. She understood my needs, and went an extra mile to help me, which I really appreciate massively. She reassured me over my concerns as well after breaking down. Service team think her name is simone kept me informed the whole time. And car was ready when they said too. Overall these members of staff deserve an award. I now go to St Albans instead of Colindale City Gate.
