I bought a mobility vehicle through Toyota st ives I have never experienced such a bad experience has I have with Denny rogers the car did not have everything complete what I asked for was promised by denny rogers I would have the part that was meant to be on vehicle asap. Well Took my money promised to contact weekly to go through stuff on the vehicle nothing.Waited 4 months still no part ordered .Been on the phone since 23rd March and asked for a refund and been fobbed off everytime. Very bad service and will never go back to Steven eagle st ives due to unprofessional salesman and very unhelpful accounts at head office.

Denny Rogers made my experience of upgrading my Toyota for the 3rd time the best it has ever been. Denny listened to all my wants and needs and never coerced me to try and by anything I couldn’t afford. Great guy very genuine, friendly and exceptionally good at his job. Toyota you are lucky to have him as a salesman. Karen the hostess needs a shout out too, what an amazing friendly lovely chatty lady, made me and my son most welcome and at home. Also makes great coffee. Certainly an assset to front of house. Again Toyota you are lucky to have her. Big thanks to you both.

Annable Barratt was my Service Advisor today. She was efficient and friendly and was keen to make my stay whilst waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and MOT most comfortable. Very pleased with my visit to Steven Eagell.
I don't usually write reviews but this garage has to be the worst garage to use for servicing or repairs in the whole of the planet. The young servicing manager seems to think he can blag his way through and you won't notice what a crock of rubbish he is saying. Took them 2 days to replace a simple fuse. I will never ever buy a Toyota again from Jardine Motors in St Ives.
