Review of Steven Eagell Toyota Had to re-visit St ives for the third… Had to re-visit St ives for the third time ...ordered a car and put a deposit on it the car never turned up and I asked for my deposit back ...been waiting 4 weeks now so visited steven Eagle st ives was of course disappointed to find out nothing has been done and I am back to square one ...save yourselves and pick another dealership it will avoid a lot of disappointed days ...by the way this is the second review I have put on today Edit 3 hours ago Been waiting for a deposit to be… Been waiting for a deposit to be refunded for a car that toyota st ives (steven eagle) since before Christmas coming up to four weeks now and still nothing...went in today and was given another written receipt so that tells me nothing was done on my original visit.. I know that these things can be missed but minimum customer service levels should be a manager gets off his behind and has the common courtesy to appolagize to my face ...not even a promise that once the phone calls have been made they would follow up call to be giving me a status report. Yet again I walk away feeling dissatisfied and and disappointed by the level of service I have received...Just please give me back my money that you have promised me poor poor 😢 💔 😔 😞 poor poor service Nicholas flint 15 Dec 2025 ?????disappointed ?????? Disappointed ??????????.....4 months waiting for a car only to be told that it's not going to turn up..held onto my deposit and I had to ask for it back ...worse than that was offered a brand new car for the same money a month...refused because of the depreciation...I suggested a cheaper 2nd hand car with more miles on the clock and of a lesser value that the new car they had offered me ...they wanted an extra 600 quid deposit with just under 100 pound extra a month on the pcp.....poor show when I was brought in on the assumption that they would do all they can to rectify the poor service they have shown me ??????????? In response to your reply ...I was in on sat discussing the situation i dont think it would be hard to find the problem you found me easy enough on sat with only my name when you wanted to sell me a car ....why is it so difficult now...you already have my bank , personall details and mobile...and email...ridiculous

I bought a mobility vehicle through Toyota st ives I have never experienced such a bad experience has I have with Denny rogers the car did not have everything complete what I asked for was promised by denny rogers I would have the part that was meant to be on vehicle asap. Well Took my money promised to contact weekly to go through stuff on the vehicle nothing.Waited 4 months still no part ordered .Been on the phone since 23rd March and asked for a refund and been fobbed off everytime. Very bad service and will never go back to Steven eagle st ives due to unprofessional salesman and very unhelpful accounts at head office.

Denny Rogers made my experience of upgrading my Toyota for the 3rd time the best it has ever been. Denny listened to all my wants and needs and never coerced me to try and by anything I couldn’t afford. Great guy very genuine, friendly and exceptionally good at his job. Toyota you are lucky to have him as a salesman. Karen the hostess needs a shout out too, what an amazing friendly lovely chatty lady, made me and my son most welcome and at home. Also makes great coffee. Certainly an assset to front of house. Again Toyota you are lucky to have her. Big thanks to you both.
