Very unprofessional and ignorant. I booked to review a car, got a confirmation email with time a date, turned up 16/07/22 to be told by a member of the sales team that we don't have an S5 for sale they are very rare! When I mentioned and showed the email I received a sorry to be fair and was told the car was sold after we booked your appointment. It take 24 hours to take the car off autotrader. Gave feedback via email. Nothing! And the car is still advertised for sale here. I had to drive 40 minutes to reach. What a waste of time and money.
I don’t know where to start with this dealership. You may want to grab yourself a cuppa as this will be a long one I have had a terrible time liaising with Neil Jarvis (service manager) who makes his secretaries do his dirty work for him as he doesn’t have the decency to face them himself I bought my used car recently and as soon as I bought It I get an email stating cambelt is due a change, paid for it and before you know a month later I get a light on the dashboard and car is shaking. Thankfully had roadside assistance and a kind gentleman known as ‘Steve’ inspected the car stating cambelt was not aligned and can have permanent damage to the engine. Anyway to cut the story short I was given a courtesy car for 48 hours while Tamworth has said they have sorted the issue I cannot be sure as they said in the start they fitted the cambelt correctly. And saying no future issues will occure. Anyway ever since I bought the car the clutch was slipping so while the car was there getting the cambelt sorted they checked the clutch and said I was liable for replacement £2000 worth of work! I told them it must be a faulty clutch as I’ve had cars in the past that have the original clutch and over 100k mileage and how can a clutch fail doing just 40k. While this dispute was taking place the company of the courtesy car that was given to me began to charge me daily of £80. Audi Tamworth kept stating they have extended the courtesy car and Enterprise had no recollection on their system, at the end of it I was over drawn and dreading how I had to return car or declare myself bankrupt . To cut the story short Audi Tamworth have literally lied thoroughly their teeth for the past 3 weeks causing me so much distress and in the end even though Audi Headquarters liaised with them they still refuse to sort out the clutch on the car which is warranted. Customer service is absolutely appalling, no one returns your call, I was literally on the phone from month to afternoon for the past two weeks Please stay away from this dodgy dealership as they will rip you off and sell you dodgy cars and then refuse to sort out the problem😡

I purchased a used car Audi A1 S Line black addition on the 29th December 2020, there were a few issues on delivery (door seal damaged and wheel damage) i was assured by the sales man that the parts would be ordered and the Josh said he would personally sort this out asap, he would personally order the parts and due to COVID we would get a call in January to arrange these items to be repaired / fitted. NO calls from the Dealer in 11 months I called in November 2021 to have the car booked in for the MOT, I explained that there were some outstanding repairs required and could these be resolved while the car was in for the MOT, I was told that everything will be taken care off and the parts will be check and ordered in prior to my booking, I sharded the original Email sent to the sales team showing photo evidence of the damage to the seal and wheel they agreed that this will be sorted and resolved on the day. The car was booked in on the for the MOT in December 2021 I dropped the car off and asked about the door seal did they have the parts now in stock and is the wheel repair booked, I was told that the MOT / repair would take all day as the extra work needs to be completed. I received a call from the service department at around 4.45 to tell me that the car is ready for collection, I asked if all the work had been completed, I was told that they would need to get authorisation from the sale team before the work could be done, so NO they had the car all day for only an MOT. I called and spoken to the service Manager Neil Jarvis, I explained the snowball of events and said that I was extremally disappointed with the level of communication that I had received from the department, during my visit, and its NOT for the customer to be put on hold while the Dealer decide between themselves who is going to pay for the seal and wheel damage, I was told that the sale guy Josh was off on that day so they could not get the work approved. Neil, sympathise with me, and said that he will deal with this, he explained this is not normal practice and that the Dealer should have sorted out the internal politics before the car arrived, and that I should leave it with him and he will deal with this issue himself I was promised a call from Neil very early January 2022, he will arrange the collection of my vehicle as I had travelled 50 miles round trip for just an MOT. I have not received a call from Neil Jarvis@ Jardine Motors Audi Its now the 20th April 2022 this just shows the incompetence of the staff at Jardine Motors Audi Tamworth.

What do you have to do to get a phone call back from these people? They lie and cheat to sell. Over promise and under deliver. Every single person down there does not give a monkeys. That woman on reception is terrible.

Shocking service. I took my 2018 A7 to Tamworth Audi following the appearance of an electrical fault warning light. They very kindly looked at it there and then and advised that it was perfectly safe to drive and to book in for the problem to be rectified the following week. The following day my car broke down, suddenly and very dangerously, near Birmingham city centre in rush hour traffic. This caused me to miss an important hospital appointment. Following a 5-hour roadside wait my car was recovered by Audi Assist as they were unable to rectify the problem roadside. Once my car arrived at Tamworth Audi I dealt with Luke Loveland. I can honestly say I have never met a more ignorant or unprofessional service advisor. Luke was uninterested in updating me about the status of my car and showed a severe lack of empathy for my experience. I raised this with Neil Jarvis, the Aftersales Manager. Initially Neil appeared to take control of the problem and my car was returned to me at the end of the week. As my car was just out of warranty I had to pay for the problem to be rectified. Tamworth Audi subsidised the cost and Neil volunteered to follow-up with Audi UK to see what else could be done due to the nature of the failure and the recency of my warranty expiration. 3 months later, and after many attempts to contact Neil for a status update, I threatened to leave this review detailing my experience. Neil finally rang me and promised to call again a few days later with an update. The call never arrived. I am a long-standing Audi owner and I can honestly say this experience has put me off the brand. They are lovely cars but unfortunately you have to deal with the franchises to have them serviced etc. As it stands, both my wife (also an Audi owner) and I will be taking our business elsewhere. I would advise against using Tamworth Audi and Jardine Motors Group for any car servicing.

HOW does this company manage to obtain a Audi franchise ???? tried for two hours to book a service left my number twice no return calls phone ringing out ,I can say in my 45 years motoring the worst experience ever steer clear of them every time I go in a new set off staff

Interested in getting a Q7 on finance. Drove 20 miles to the branch on two occasions for a scheduled test drive, only to be told they were too busy and come back another day! Forget it, there are plenty better places that to get a new Q7 from!
A few things I did not appreciate and I was not happy the way I was treated . - I was buying 3 year old avant I was asking for the service history and technical info about the car . The Sales representative was very funny about it . He kept promising and yet I had to keep chasing him at the end I had to stop the payment until I see the history of the car. - I wanted to buy 2 years service cover and gap insurance and I was promised that he will action it and I would receive them with rest of the documents when they delivered the car. When I received the car there was not any service plan and gap insurance and ofcourse that had not been done. I had to contact them again . It got actioned right away but they misspelled my name and when I pointed this out, the Sales man promised me that he will take care of it and he asked me if I can give them a review and he was insisting to be 5 start ? About 10 days later I received a post letter confirming my cover and again my name was misspelled . I complained to the sales manager and he promised me that he will take care of it . I have also shared my experience with him and I said that in my view you don’t deserve a 5 star review. He asked me not to do any review and As goodwill gesture he would give me £150 in the next 3-4 working days . One month later I still don’t have this money. I contacted him again and he said that money has been transferred. When I questioned him to confirm the date of transfer as I did not have anything in my account yet , he said he will get back to me and he never did. I am not planing to chase this any longer , this just added another disappointed experience with this audi shop . In the meantime I received another confirmation letter for my service plan with my name misspelled. Next I am planing to complaint to the head office as this behaviour is unacceptable. On the top of everything the sales man was calling me “Mate” all the time . In my opinion this attitude does not Suit the premium brand they are selling. I am not his mate and I was just a customer. This gave me an experience that I was in the market buying cherries rather then a premium car .

Poor service as I seem to get at all Audi dealerships, Ive owned a lot of Audis and wanted to purchase one today, no call back with finance figures or video walk around of car as promised - would have bought the car if they had made the effort - oh well time to try a Mercedes AMG I think ;)

Took my car to Tamworth Audi for oil service and new pollen filter on 4/12/20. After driving the car a few days I got a alert and message saying reduce oil level . Called Audi roadside assistance. The guy was really good , took almost half a litre of oil out and it still showed max . He also plugged into his laptop and said a fault had been logged at 4.40pm whilst in the hands of this dealer . When I phoned them to get the car in they were not interested and gave me a date of 12/1/21 before they could look at it . So, one of there technicians causes a fault to log on my car while in their care and they can’t be bothered to put it right for 5 weeks needless to say I won’t be using these people again. From previous reviews it seems they are great whilst selling you a car but after that , forget it .
