Bought a car from them last year, I was promised from the sales person that the car comes with 2 services, now the time for the service has come now, so I called the sales person called David Noon that sold me the car to inquiry regarding my cars service but he has told me that he never told me that the car comes with 2 free services. When I told him that he told me so several times that the car comes with free services he started telling me that he never said that, however I was very disappointed with him lying to me and asked if I could talk to someone else, so he did send me an email to his superior a guy called Carl Trump whom I emailed but I have not receive anything from him in 2 days. I just think this is very unprofessional and I myself want recommend this dealer at all. They just want to sell you a car and that’s all they care. Shame on you Audi Tamworth.

My mom was gojng to purchase a car she sorted finace and they told her to come down as the car was ready to collect she got there waited over 2 hours to be told at the end of it that the it wasnt ready took about a week the sales women said a few days it had been a week before that she sorted the financial stuff out she hasn’t even saw the car or been offered a test drive DO NOT GO TO AUDI TAMWORTH WHATEVER YOU DO
When you are in the process of buying a car from Audi Tamworth their service is great. However once the car is purchased, this service soon changes. I have never encountered such horrendous after sales. Both me and my husband will never purchase a vehicle from them again! And we will guide others to do the same.

I recently purchased a new Audi A1 from Audi Tamworth. Parv our sales man was very attentive and made sure the car met our needs. Brilliant service.
The salesman at Tamworth Audi was offhand from the start, the purchase of a new car should be an enjoyable experience, mine certainly wasn't. It was only when we came to discuss the price of the Q3 and the trade in for my Honda that I realised that as a non finance customer I was not valued. In spite of making it clear from the start that I was a cash customer the salesman insisted on going through a finance calculation on his computer. The final straw was when an extra £300 appeared as an extra delivery charge above the £630 already quoted - I walked away. Dr Paul Yeo.

Really disappointed with Tamworth Audi after spending 3.5 hours waiting for my pre booked service to be completed. Arrived at 08.40 for a 9am booking and all went great initially keys handed over and handed a nice Latte while I waited. Went to try to sign into the free customer WiFi so I could work couldn't log on at all, neither on my laptop or either of my phone's and you don't get a phone signal at all. Went to reception and asked for help to which it was pretty much just a no. So I sat and waited for the 2 hours they said it would take. At which time I was advised the Fuel and pollen filters also needed changed due to the mileage and they now have authorisation to do these also. I provided my mileage 3 weeks prior when booking the service, so if this was mileage related then why wasn't the pre authorised. Anyway say for another hour when they said it's now being cleaned.......... Oh dear I am not joking when I say my 3 year old daughter cleans a car better. Two expensive new Audi's in the household and have always been an Audi customer and will continue but I will NEVER take either car back to this dealership. Premium products with premium promises and budget level customer service.
My wife and I came in to see Audi A4 for sale at Tamworth Audi in march 2018. We put deposit of 500.but we got better option from other place cheap and best.so we requested Mike to refund our 500.we been told we booked car so we ll b charged for service and other bit and bobs. Which i blv is not right but still it will not b all together 500 pounds. From March till August we never received a penny back.
Excellent service from Parv Sagoo at Tamworth Audi. Initially I had not been too interested in purchasing an Audi, I only wanted to visit to compare prices based on a quote I had with another dealership. As soon as I sat down with Parv, he asked me all of the right questions without being too personal. The information he gave me was quick, informative and I immediately put my confidence in him to find me a car. His professionalism was second to none. As a female looking for a car on my own, salesmen can be intimidating. Parv was accommodating, kind, and genuinely interested in my lifestyle to ensure I was picking the right car. I was in Parvs company for two hours, and left purchasing an Audi. I had been hoping to meet somebody like Parv to put my confidence in and i'm so glad that I did. Credit where credit is due, what a wonderful man with excellent customer service!!
