Lovely team, but I would appreciate you calling me back to arrange a refund as a matter of urgency. It’s unfortunate the car needs a lot of work but I need this sorting asap. I have a young family and can’t afford for this to go unresolved please guys

Update: please do what you promised today and refund my money. I’m a mum of young kids and can’t afford this not to be sorted. Please confirm collection of vehicle as I would have had it recovered but you wanted to do it Scott. I know you’ve had probs at the office but you promised and not answering emails or phone now

Thank You for taking the time to leave us another Review Kassandra, Although I do find it very unfair after doing everything you have asked us to do at the drop of a hat for you and your son, If you could please contact us back as we are quite clearly being ignored from yourself now, I would like to see a copy or some proof of what the AA Have said because they have no record of it when I have spoken to them. Your mechanic sent us a diagnostic report which turned out to be untrue, As expected once we spoken to him on the phone originally. We arranged for an actual momentum approved garage to look at the car but we was then informed that the car wouldn't drive. When the car arrived it was driven off the truck and drove for 20 miles as soon as it came off the truck, So again confused as to why it had to be recovered etc. On further inspection we discovered that a breather pipe has come off which is very common for a mini which was explained to you, But you (Not your son) then said you just wanted a refund which was sent to your sons account straight away. I'm happy to see Brandon has already purchased a new car as you said yesterday, So I'm confused as to why you are leaving us lots of negative reviews everywhere, They hasn't been too much confidence lost if its taken a day or 2 to purchase another car. Don't go anywhere near this dealership very rude bad to to deal with and take ure deposit with no refund piss taking isn't the word stay away

Thank you for your review Luke, Your holding deposit of £100 was fully refundable for 24 hours, we held the car for you for 5 days while you arranged your finance. You then decided not to continue due to the APR which we can understand but we still held the car and lost sales on the fiesta due to holding the car for yourself, Sorry you feel its our fault but we do not set APR its down to the individual and there circumstances and each finance company.
