Please be extremely careful when purchasing a new Audi from the Boston dealership . My own experience was not a good one when at the first service the ATS garage in Boston made a video that showed Boston Audi had swapped the tyres on the new Audi and replaced them with tyres that were 7 years old and in bad condition. It is possible that they could change any part on a new vehicle for an older part and we the unsuspecting customer would be none the wiser . The manager Mr Daniel Boyes at Boston Audi admitted this had been the case .

What an incompetent shambles these people are ....... weve had 2 brand new Audi TTs from them recently and the first was a particularly horrible experience with their curt tone and failing to respond and trying to increase the price after the car was ordered etc but worse was yet to come ....... against our better judgement on a " devil we know basis " we ordered a 2nd car, a top of the range TTS listed at £52k but soon after delivery it became obvious there was a significant fault on the transmission ........ initially they tried to ignore the problem for months and then tried to make it seem like a " regeneration " or similar problem ( but there is no such technology on TTs ) and then they told us to speak to and visit other Audi dealers etc which we did and everyone including Audi UK and Audi Technical confirmed the problem over several months in writing which we also copied to them !! ..... so after 9 months of trying to get some sense out of them we rejected the car !! ...... then they tried several more months ignoring us again and bouncing us around numerous of their colleagues ....... but for the past 4 months they are just totally ignoring us once again ....... apart from an Email from their General Manager saying we were " harassing " them ....... Its been 13 months now and if this is how you want to be treated when purchasing a £52k premium brand car then carry on but personally we would not trust them to walk our dog or wash our push bikes .........

Major ongoing complaint. Dealership in receipt of funds, could not drive vehicle away on collection major fault less than a mile away (with young child in the car). Sales manager and team extremely hostile to deal with and uncooperative in agreeing to repair car (change mind/withdraw agreed actions). Sales manager even told me he had no idea re cooling off periods and not relevant, despite me quoting consumer rights act and them being a partner of The Motor Ombudsman! Very worrying - serious staff training needed. Attitude has been well it’s a second hand used car what do you expect - it’s a 2014 Mercedes from a large dealership so I expected better. They have my funds and car and I am going through hell trying to resolve what should be a simple resolution. Worth noting, the large finance intermediary we used has put mark against jct600 group and will no longer finance cars bought from any of their sites as this is such an ordeal we are being put through. (This may change subject to outcome) Have referred to legal team, complaint submitted to motor ombudsman and waiting on Sales Director to make contact. Will edit review as to how this is resolved.
