Disgusted in the service provided by Bradford BMW. I purchased a car on the 10th August -the fact that it was serviced on the 8th August by JCT 600 Bradford and passed with flying colors was a deciding factor. I noticed that the service light was still on when I purchased the car but was advised by the garage from which I purchased the car that the service had been done at JCT and they would have forgotten to reset it. I called into JCT to double check this and was advised the light was in fact on due to a 'vehicle check and standards score' was not completed at the time the main service was done. I then booked this back in with JCT 600 on the 14th with the next available date being the 21st Aug. After taking this back in on the 21st to have this missing check done (that was missed on the 8th) I was advised that I needed two new tyres due to a defect on the side of the rear tyre wall. (Have to be bought in pairs) I categorically have not done any damage to the car since owning it. This prompted me to look at photos I had taken of the car on the 3rd August prior to purchasing it. I noticed that the defect was actually present before it was serviced. This makes me very suspicious of the reason that the part of the service that would highlight this defect to me prior to purchase was not done at the time?? After calling and speaking to the service manager, she then spoke with the technician who serviced the car on the 8th who has serviced on average 30+ cars since then (based on just servicing 3 cars per day) but for some reason can be 100% sure it was OK at the time without even checking anything to back up this claim. Very suspicious and I will be taking this further.

Excellent experience and service from start to finish. Alan was excellent throughout! Highly recommended! I also have to mention how professional and polite Alan was throughout the purchase of our new car. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend JCT600 Premium Collection in Bradford. I am more than sure, I will return when we next need to change our car. I cannot recommend Bradford BMW JCT 600 highly enough. Scott.

Don't have automatic courtesy cars and so every service is a massive inconvenience as you have to drop your car off and then make your own way back to work or home, as they never have any drivers to pick up or drop off!! If you're thinking about buying a new car don't get sucked in by the smarmy salesmen, it's all good until they get your money!!!
Buyer Beware! Just ‘cos you buy an approved used car from these guys, doesn’t mean it will be a trouble free experience. Car immediately had a reoccurring fault. So rather than take car back to JCT600 and insist on refund (a round trip of 500 miles), they instructed me to take my car to local BMW M Sport dealer which I did, for 49 days out of 6 months as the fault was so difficult to find! At no stage did JCT600 say “we want to see the car” … always said “take it to your local dealer” and being a good guy (read ‘mug’) I followed their advice. Now, when I request some form of compensation from JCT600 for all this inconvenience considering they are my contractual seller and, bearing in mind BMW UK have already contributed towards next years’ warranty, JCT600 say, well, we didn’t see the car and therefore we cannot be responsible for another dealership not be able to cure the fault on its first attempt. …….. ”BUT YOU TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO MY LOCAL DEALERSHIP”? This small detail didn’t seem to bother them or change their mind. Needless to say there was absolutely no compensation forthcoming from these guys. So, the moral of the story is, JCT600 are good guys when it comes to selling you one their AU BMW’s. But don’t buy one of their cars if you don’t live locally and even then, don’t expect any extraordinary customer service if your AU BMW has any problems, it’s every bodies fault but theres.
