What can I say! From start to finish my whole experience from first walking in to driving away my new Mercedes was first class! These people really know how to treat you as a special individual! Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent, and continues to be so. Thank you to Robin Copley for the freebies! Collection of the car I felt so special, it was immaculate inside & out! I started off very unhappy about one of those intermittent faults on my new car. The Service Manager stepped in and I have been extremely impressed with the determination and care he and his team showed to identify the fault and fix it. I went to Chesterfield MB following bad experiences at Nottingham and have found everyone from the sales people to the guys who picked the car up from me to take it to the technicians to be both caring and professional.
Mercedes Chesterfield were outstanding. Love our car that we bought in 2019. Very polite and sorted our problem very quickly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently dealt with Daniel Harper when buying an A Class Mercedes from the Chesterfield branch. Daniel was very helpful, clear and concise when explaining the paperwork and he made it clear not to hesitate to contact him should there be any issues. Usually I hate going to look at cars meeting pushy salesmen I find it nothing but hassle, I had the total opposite experience at Mercedes I met Craig Deakin and purchased my beautiful GLC the whole experience was a breath of fresh air they couldn't of done anymore! I found a great car at there show room but Craig went one step further for us and found a car else were and had it brought over for us to look at! I couldn't be any more grateful Craig even helped me test driving the car as he explained everything about it in a lovely manner and made me feel at ease I now love the car and couldn't be any happier!!! I definitely recommend him at Mercedes chesterfield.
