Rob Beaumont is a credit to Audi, He guided me through the process of buying my new Q2 from start to finish and made it seem so effortless with his knowledge and professionalism and he went above and beyond to help me with my decision. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW AUDI A3 AND THE HELP AND SUPPORT I RECEIVED FROM JAMES WEBB AND OTHERS IN LINCOLN. I WAS A REGULAR BMW BUYER UNTIL NOW SO THEY WERE GREAT IN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING REGARDING MY TRADE IN, THE NEW CAR AND THE PCP.

We have never had a worse experience with a main dealer the sales manger Carl horsewood is abusive and ignorant to the point of putting the phone down on you. My 17 year old son called them this morning and bought a 24 plate Audi a4 advertised with 3,000 miles which sales man confirmed. We left a deposit and arranged to collect car on Saturday morning this was a cash sale no finance. Later this afternoon Carl called back and told us car has actually done over 8,000 miles so we said we were still interested but it makes £800 of difference in book so could they knock that of he was off hand and said it’s now £600 more than the original deal and on pressing him and explained it’s wrong and no way to do business he became abusive and slammed phone down. I’ve never seen anything like it appalling service from a large company and don’t bother putting your number underneath to discuss that’s no good when you slam phone down after getting abusive you call should not be dealing with customers your a disgrace and I don’t want anything to do with Lincoln or you but Iam taking this up with jct600 tomorrow
Went to look at vehicle, wanted to test drive, had to wait around for some time, after initially only going to look. Took car for a test drive, was very uncomfortable with no privacy to discover car our selves and discuss, as sales man sat in back of vehicle, Asked question about vehicle and salesman told me he would have to get back to me, The answer was quite obvious if you are in the motor trade and understand your product. Told didn’t want PCP only HP won shortest term possible. Salesman twisted this and was advised to go with another plan where he would obviously get some commission. Which would end up us having to pay a big sum of money in the end to own the car, mmm sounds like PCP to me? To reserve car had to put £250 which is refundable, if changed mind over vehicle. Three hours later left the show room with a deal being e mailed. Eventually rejected the deal and requested refund of deposit put down, which was stated in would be refundable? Seven days later still waiting for refund after several emails to finance manager, who stated he would process it straight away. In all honesty I will not be dealing with audi, as advised stick to what you know BMW. Best advise yet!!
Had a 5 star service from Rob Beaumont today at Lincoln Audi .. very professional, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my new TT queries. Cannot recommend enough, thank you for all your help .. I can’t wait for my new car!!!!!

Called in Lincoln Audi to pick up some screen wash , was dealt with quickly & much to my surprise was given it for free which was a nice touch . Have had my TT serviced there in recent years & I’ve found the dealership very professional so I will continue to use . The showroom is an absolute joy to see.
You have been WARNED! This branch is absolute rubbish!! Staff are constantly stood around and looking at their mobile phones. Unfortunately for me I realised this a little too late. Purchasing a car for around £70k is not an everyday event, and to be honest when you’re parting with that kind of money you have certain expectations. My phone calls and emails have been completely ignored. Every step as soon as they had my deposit has been made hard. I would be careful of their Google reviews as well. Lots of them contain the same spelling mistakes and have been reviewed by people who have only posted one review. This is my own opinion. I’ll let you make your own. I have forwarded a written complaint to Audi UK.. **FYI. AVOID ROBERT BEAUMONT**

Bought a brand new Audi from them which suffered a fundamental failure outside of warranty but after only 42,000 miles. A 50% contribution was offered but the invoice was more than expected. When I challenged it the service manager treated me appallingly and threatened to withdraw the contribution unless I paid the invoice. Complained to the business manager who was very good. Service Manager was aggressive and arrogant. Wholly unacceptable for what portrays itself as a premium brand.
