Called in Lincoln Audi to pick up some screen wash , was dealt with quickly & much to my surprise was given it for free which was a nice touch . Have had my TT serviced there in recent years & I’ve found the dealership very professional so I will continue to use . The showroom is an absolute joy to see.

You have been WARNED! This branch is absolute rubbish!! Staff are constantly stood around and looking at their mobile phones. Unfortunately for me I realised this a little too late. Purchasing a car for around £70k is not an everyday event, and to be honest when you’re parting with that kind of money you have certain expectations. My phone calls and emails have been completely ignored. Every step as soon as they had my deposit has been made hard. I would be careful of their Google reviews as well. Lots of them contain the same spelling mistakes and have been reviewed by people who have only posted one review. This is my own opinion. I’ll let you make your own. I have forwarded a written complaint to Audi UK.. **FYI. AVOID ROBERT BEAUMONT**

Service was outstanding and I couldn’t be happier with how we were served and treated

I have just taken delivery of my third Audi Q2 from Lincoln Audi. I am extremely happy with the new car and the service provided by Lincoln Audi was outstanding. All of the staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Salesman Danny was particularly helpful.

Not my local dealer, as I live in Cheshire. But I used the Audi website to search and saw a well specified and prepared Q5 at the Lincoln branch of JCT 600. The personalised video confirmed my interest and one trip to Lincoln helped me decide. A long journey but after a warm welcome and several coffees; well informed staff showed me the vehicle I wanted and a quote for part-exchange. One more trip was needed but having arranged the funds, the rest was easy on the day including all the paperwork online, road tax myAudi set up and the transfer of my old car.. The new car was perfectly prepared and ready to go. The journey back was very pleasant despite the awful traffic. And I was contacted the next morning to ask if everything was satisfactory. My elderly father has been a loyal customer, buying brand new cars from this dealership for 22 years and has always had them serviced there, prepared to pay over inflated prices all dealerships charge, because he believes a main dealer will do the best job, They clearly see him coming as a trusting (or perhaps stupid) old man as over the years they have advised work that he has trusted needed doing, despite the low mileage of each car. However, following a major service in June this year which set him back over £700, he was assured the plugs were replaced along with everything else you would expect from a major service. He since sold the car in August and the new owner (who is well known to my father) had the car checked over at an independent garage who informed him the plugs were definitely not new and had clearly done thousands of miles. My Father is clearly upset and angry that this dealership has taken money from him unnecessarily and it would appear lied to him about the work undertaken. It is unfortunate that he is unable to prove this as it would be the word of the independent garage over the dealer. On behalf of my father I would not recommend this dealer or trust that they will undertake the work required.

Avoid, shocking experience

Avoid this dealer.. have rejected the car after it being damaged whilst in for repairs that should have been sorted prior to collection. The car will take thousands to fix. Sales manager is rude as are most of the staff and I am still waiting for my money back. Terrible service and I am genuinely shocked at the state of the car.. Seriously the worst experience ever of buying a nearly new car.
