We collected our brand new Audi A3 today and received an excellent service. The handover by Neil was thorough and he answered any stupid questions with patience and easy to understand instructions. The whole experience was great from first contact to driving away in our new car.

I've lost count of the number of cars, new and used I've bought from this dealer. Always a great service when buying followed by awful when it comes to service and aftercare. My latest vehicle is still in warranty and has a problem with the rear heated window. Rang 'Audi' and immediately put through to the warranty company who wanted 99 quid just to plug it into the diagnostics which then depending on what comes up 'may or may not' be covered. No thanks. Back to the local garage where I get all my servicing etc done. I won't be going back for any more vehicles .
I recently collected my new vehicle from Lincoln Audi. The staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly. The salesman (Rowdie) was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions as I have never purchased a brand new car before! I would highly recommend Rowdie and also Lincoln Audi as a whole. The team are great and the process was so smooth - even through Covid! Finally; the handover process was so easy and they made a big fuss of excitement for my new car which was a lovely touch. Thank you so much to Rowdie and the team at Lincoln Audi. I recommend them to anyone after a car☺️
Five year old Audi costing over £65k; all servicing to date carried out by Audi. Taken to Lincoln Audi for the first time to deal with a warning light coming on. A week later and a bill for over £2,200. The itemized bill includes the likes of plugging into the diagnostic machine, not once, but twice so of course we were charged twice. The Service Manager didn't have the professionalism to come down from his expensive glass fronted office to discuss anything with us. We will absolutely not be returning and are very unlikely to buy another Audi in future.
Neil McGarragh found me exactly the deal I wanted and as always, the whole team at Lincoln Audi was professional, courteous and friendly.
Absolutely appalled by the customer service. Ring up to report the fact my cars emissions are 8x higher than allowed for mot, to be told it's my fault for buying 2nd hand and not from an audi dealer. If this is your idea of good customer relations, I suggest a rethink. I didn't spend £15,000 on a car I can't mot or use. At this precise moment I would rather be in a Lada. It's a 2014 with 45k on the clock, I expected better from one of the more "prestige" motor companies.

Do Not Buy From Lincoln Audi After purchasing two new vehicles from Lincoln Audi. The first being returned on countless occasion with brakes issues and being in Lincoln Audi possession for over 4 weeks in total of a 14 month period of owner ship I received a second care as a “replacement” on a “deal” Recently it has come to light that this vehicle doesn’t match my factory order configuration. Something I questioned and was told I did not order which intact turns out Lincoln Audi will have had to complete a check list on the car and would have been aware the car did not match the order form. I have been fighting this case since April and I can not outline my disgusted at Audi Lincoln’s handling of this. I’d like to outline that after numerous other powering calls and emails claiming I was at fault and being refused evidence of this by dealer principle Darren Wheatley I refused to deal with him any longer. Also involving CEO of JCT600 John Tordoff who again refused to take my complaint serious and fobbed my off with the most minimal amount. After it being confirmed by newer more genuine and straight sales manger at Lincoln that my car is a mis build which was also confirmed by Audi UK, I went back with this and again was treated with no respect by CEO John Tordoff. I can not express my disgust with Lincoln out and how senior members of JCT600 have treated me with no respect, these people are inhuman and are only interested in money and not loyalty or respect to their customers. I will never enter Audi Lincoln again and I will certainly never be purchasing another Audi again!
