I very recently purchased a Mercedes Demonstrator from JCT600 Mercedes in Sheffield. I would wish to make comment about the excellent service and attention to detail provided by the staff and in particular by Bianca Clark. I reside just south of Edinburgh and took my elderly mother with me on my journey. She was looked after, cared for by the staff in a manner second to none. The all round experience was 5 star. Can not recommend Mercedes Sheffield enough especially Bianca the salesperson who we deal with. What started as a little bit scary finished as an amazing experience. From entering the showroom to leaving the staff were so welcoming and helpful and explained the purchase fully. Can not recommend this dealership enough and will definitely be returning

I purchased a new Mercedes AMG A45 from JCT 600 in August 2016 and took delivery on the 10th December 2016. From the point of placing to order and picking up the car communication and any questions I had about he car were poor at best. Most times I had to wait 4-5 days for a reply and many times I never had a reply at all. When my car broke down 6 yes 6 days after picking it up, JCT 600 washed their hands of the problem. All communications from the sales person upwards were utterly disgustingly poor. I received my car back six weeks later and not once did I received an apology from any one in management from JCT 600. Just over 2 weeks ago my car broke down again with exactly the same problem ( crankshaft breather valve plus other electrical issues) I contacted JCT 600 with contacts from the sales person and management twice and had no reply. The car was taken again to Mercedes Newcastle (near to where I live). I requested a change of car and to speak to Howard Jessop the new Head of Business, he was meant to call me back, then went on holiday and did not contact me at all. I was told by AMG that JCT 600 Sheffield are not interested in changing the car. Well how about picking up the phone and speaking to me first!! My car broke down with my young family onboard. I cant have this happen and I need a reliable car which I thought purchasing a premium model car would enable this to happen. After 6 previous BMW's with no problems like this at all, maybe I need to go back to BMW. I am now dealing with Mercedes Head office who is professionally handling my complaint against the car and JCT 600. Personally and professionally I cant understand how a company with values of TEAM - the only team work shown is to gang up on the customer, RESPECT - non shown totally disrespected myself, COMMUNICATION - What a joke!!!, PASSION - not for customer service, INTEGRITY - Your should be ashamed, - EXCELLENCE - 0/10 report says must do better, - DYNAMIC as dirty dish water. I hope this review puts other purchasers off buying form JCT 600 or at least gives them an awareness of the issues they are likely to encounter with this company.
