15 days after having the car my cluth burnt out completely and the car was unusable same thing happens a year later and wants £870.84 to LOOK at this then a further £2000 to fix warranty doesn't comply no courtesy car available so left without a car for 6 week still paying for it unhelpful blaming staff, no car should break twice just over a year with the same problem nobody wants to know, dealt with cocky staff not told before driving a broken car through to sheffield that there would be a cost just to look, not even told in the morning when dropping it off wouldnt recommend these to anyone or buy another car from them

Bought a used Tiguan £30,350, nice car and seemed good value. The sales document was incorrect giving the wrong price which had to be altered, I took out a token HP agreement to get 2 years servicing for £49, I will pay this off in the next few days. The HP documents were wrong, nobody had checked them so these had to be altered. Communication was appalling, at one point I was left in the showroom for 30 minutes and nobody came to see me so I left. Got a phone call from the receptionist apologising and giving me a load of rubbish why I wasn’t seen to. Collected the car today and all was ok. Be very aware that you closely check any documents you are given because they don’t.

I took my car in for a service. It was returned damaged. The staff were unapologetic and reluctant to offer any kind of assistance.

I wanted to replace my ageing vehicle with a new updated version but being dyslexic and also having early onset Alzheimers can make understanding things especially paperwork difficult to follow. However I must congratulate David Howley-Oates who walked me through the process at a pace I could follow making the journey extremely pleasurable from the first moment we walked through JTC600 Sheffield’s door, choosing the correct spec, completing the paperwork right through to the new vehicle hand over it was a fantastic experience.
