The attitude of the sales staff at Wakefield Volkswagen depends on who you get . some are polite and others have a belittling attitude towards you and thinks customers can be taken for a ride . they talk behind you back with colleagues and have a laugh at your expense . will be buying from another dealer .perhaps JCT600 Wakefield is making so much profit they don't care about salesmen's attitude or demeanaour.

I ordered a brand new id3. Being lied to from day one by James Courtney. Order date 10july21. Just been told after shouting at dealership fir communication. 18th to 24th April 2022. I am aware if chip issue,s. But why are dealership not shouting at vw etc. I was told when complaining to vw uk shut your mouth don't dare complain to us
Do not buy a car from JCT600 Volkswagen in Wakefield. 64 plate polo bought 18 months ago , having to spend £1000 min on it
