Although Rachel was lovely on the phone I've been left with a very bitter taste in my mouth. Offered a derisory amount for part exchange £1000 less than we buy any car), they also think its perfectly acceptable to provide a car with only 1 smart key meaning a lost or damaged key would cost potentially £640 or more! (Did eventually agree to additional key if I went ahead with the purchase). They then reduced the vehicle by £200 before I went ahead but when I called and they said they would have to reduce the value of my part ex by a further £300! This kind of sales practice is abhorrent as far as I'm concerned. I can see why this company has such a low rating on Google. If you dont want to waste your time and energy I would advise you to avoid this company. I'm extremely disappointed.
I am very happy when I buy my Peugeot 308. I found a car and went over to visit Jefferies Farm Trade Centre. I have a Peugeot 308, I have no negative information about them. I would recommend

Do what the say on the tin, quick and easy. I had a slight problem with the door which they sorted straight away to their credit. There is an no going issue, very minor, again to their credit we are dropping it in next week and they will loan us a hire car...so exceptional service really all round

What can I say but what a great place to buy my car from , from the first time I walked in there to the time I picked up the car Thay where great bunch of people , Thay don't follow you around like most places iv been to . Anything you need to know Thay are there ready to help .no hassle get your list of cars and just take your time and look around ....
