Bought a Hayabusa from JEM Speed Shop over the internet was told it’s perfect in every way, traveled 250 miles to find the bike had a huge chip in tank, was refunded 600 to get it fixed. Got half way home F1 light came on bike wouldn’t start had to be rescued by family member half way up the m6. Told bike would be valeted all I could see was dirt and remains of the last rear tyres all over the bike. Took my tank in to get sorted professionally this time was told the bike was black before and the tank had crash damage that had to be repaired. Done HPI bike was never white, it was black and grey and had been in an accident and very very poorly repaired. Started sending e mails to Jem Speed only to be made a full of and just didn’t want to know (I have every e mail if needed to show the level of unacceptable behaviour). Bike has sat in my garage ever since and never went near it it’s now costing me £200 a month for 4 years with nothing to show for it. Don’t buy a bike from these guys please please take your money elsewhere and spend a little more and be guaranteed a clean bike that hasn’t been in an accident. Even the decals were poorly applied and now have an issue with the miles on it. Look at all the reviews first, please don’t make the costly mistake I did. I am soooooo disappointed I so wish I just bought a bike privately I bet I would still have a better bike than I got even if I bought it with my eyes shut.

Great service from JEM Speed Shop! Had a great time buying from them a while back and even when I sold the bike I bought from them and bought another they were more than helpful giving no me advice on what the problem could be on the bike! Great food, place and staff.
Terrible customer service at JEM Speed Shop, tired second hand bikes. Do not purchase a bike without viewing the bike first and check history.
I was very impressed with the brilliant service of Jem Speed Shop. I have just taken delivery of my Fireblade CBR 900 RR Reg S377 LMO. The condition is perfect & the shop has taken a lot of time to get everything perfect. The delivery was on time on the stated date & the delivery driver was very helpful. I would certainly recommend Jem Speed Shop to anyone considering purchasing a bike.

This is a fake review based on the overwhelming numbers of negative reviews against this company who have cheated me and many others listed out of serious money by selling very poor bikes to the vast majority of people reviewing on this site
Great if you drop in for a look and a bite to eat, but a disaster to buy a bike from. They're ignorant and abusive. Selling overpriced bikes without properly preparing them for delivery, and absolutely no after sales support. Disgusting service.

I purchased a new bike at the weekend over the phone after looking at the photos and description and arranged delivery down South. The team have been so helpful and the photos didn't do the bike justice. It was in excellent condition and was better than expected when it arrived. There was good communication throughout and the delivery charge was very reasonable. I would be pleased to recommend them to any other potential purchasers. Debbie Prendergast.
