I received by phone a video about health off my car,I approve the work spouse to do.When the car was ready I received a phone about that.Still I done the payment and I enjoyed a free coffee, my car was ready for collection,nice clean out and in.Very helpful and professional.Thank you wery much for your help!

I recommend avoiding this company after the absolute shambles they put us through. We purchased a Toyota Auris from Jemca for £11,000. Over the first few months, the car ran fine with no issues. It then broke down during a drive to Cornwall, and we had to swerve across the dual carriageway on an uphill section to get into a layby. The AA checked the car over, and they advised us that there was faulty operation in the ECU; this was fed back to Jemca. The car was then with Jemca for six weeks whilst they looked it over, and we were only informed of the results after chasing them up multiple times. Despite the evidence from the AA, Jemca insisted that there was nothing wrong with the car, and that Diesel fuel was used. We were able to produce receipts which confirmed that petrol (the correct fuel) was indeed used, and Jemca then changed their line to “it must have been bad fuel.” Jemca then offered to take the car back for £9,500, meaning that Jemca had essentially stolen £1,500 from us; they sold us a dodgy car, and profited from doing so. Despite us raising this, and that the depreciation would have only equated to slightly above £300 in six weeks (six weeks that, I may add, were entirely due to Jemca’s slow turnaround), Jemca would not budge. The car was then put back on the market for the full price of £11,000. Overall, I would strongly suggest avoiding this dishonest company. The manipulation and downright lies the manager gave us were wholly unacceptable.

Took my Toyota supra here for a health check and 3 weeks later I still don't have the car. Dealership are a nightmare to get through to and service is absolutely shocking. I have owned cars from almost every other main brand and Toyota is by far the worst I have ever dealt with.

We went to Jemca Bracknell yesterday at 6pm (because it was the earliest we could make it after work) and asked to view a car. After not being quite sure where it was, Davies Williams, our sales person, seemed to find it but he didn't have the keys nor know where they were, so we could only view it from outside, not have a test drive or try to buy it straight away - because, at David put it, there was no time left before closing time at 7 pm. We were really interested in the car and did not plan to finance it, so we booked another slot for today and my husband has left work early today... only to find that someone else was test driving the car THAT WE COULDN'T YESTERDAY and they had actually sold it. We are both shocked by the very poor customer service and lack of work ethics of the Jemca team, who did not respect the order in which we arrived and just would not accept any offer or give us a chance, even when not having bought the car yesterday was not our fault, but their. We are extremely disappointed and will surely not be coming back.

I brought my husband a new car for Xmas 2020, during a pandemic I really didn’t think this would be possible. David Williams from Jemca Bracknell made that happen. Had the hand over today with full social distancing rules. He is a fanastic sale man. Certainly Made my husband Xmas. Thankyou David, top job. Stay safe .

I call Jemca Toyota in Bracknell yesterday ask information about service and parts the man I speak was rude I call again the phone going to voicemail he didn’t give me any information what did cal so please check the phone calls for the important customer some workers they don’t care the just take the money if you company collapse they don’t care
Sadly our old car had to be scrapped as there were so many issues with it. Lawrie Hewitson made the process of getting the car scrapped and buying an environmentally friendly replacement as stress free as possible which was great. Thanks ! Mr and Mrs F of Bracknell.
Wonderful service by Yaseen Malik at Jemca Toyota in Bracknell, who dealt with any daft questions with the patience of a saint. Explained all the new features in car and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. Thank you Yaseen!!
