selected a car and payed £500 as a deposit last week they where going to give me the car today but they are not replying my phone calls and left messages to the voicemail but no reply I got an email from Finley yesterday and he said he will contact me today when the car will ready but he didn’t I want Friday last week and spoke to Adnan and he said he will call me on Monday and correct what he over charged £300 and he didn’t now they have taken £500 and £112 for ceramic coating I am trying to contact then everyday not they don’t care.very bad service from Jemca in Reading.

Russ has been really helpful and answered my hundreds of question with patience and a smile. I’m really impressed with how the dealership is run and how good the car is. I’ll definitely be buying Toyota again, when the time comes.

Absolutely disgraceful service from a Industrial car leading brand, I was treated unfairly and discriminated against by the color of my skin. I was ignored most of the time, and when it came to checking details, the unprofessional sales agent decided to relax and sit back in his chair chit chatting and laughing as you can see through the office windows so left me waiting 20 minutes at a time. The sales agent was rude and abrupt and kept on interrupting when i spoke about the car i was looking for... DO NOT GO IN HERE... the whole team look like they come to work to bet on which customer they can abuse the most... I AGREE 100 % with the other review I just read !!! Lazy and disgusting people that work
Very poor customer service and lack of follow-up We went in to purchase a car with Toyota in July. Sales agent we dealt with - Aaron Peterson - tried to sell us an older model for a more expensive price. I had to check the price online and say why this is the case? At this point Aaron said ok he will match the online price for the newer model. I understand that the sales role requires you to make a sale of highest value but I went into Toyota thinking that they would do fair buisness and not try to take my hard earned money knowing that they are not giving me right product. As part of purchase it was agreed that that toyota would pay for 2 full tanks of fuel; this has been such a painful process. I have nowbeen trying to get in touch with Aaron for over 2 weeks and no clear coomunication. I even spoke to manager Darryl and he spoke to Aaron. From what Darryl explained to me this is not a standard practice. I explained that I need to move from reading to Portsmouth in over a week so if this can be resolved before then it would be appreciated. I have now moved from Reading and just recieved a call from Aaron saying that it is not practical now since I have moved. He also said that it was a good will gesture?? No it wasn't it was an agreement for the money I paid for which in return I was to get 2 full tanks of Petrol. It is not the fuel or money that is frustrating it is the way I have been messed about and mis-treated. I have heard from friends and family for toyota to be reliable cars but just goes to show why I will never in my life buy toyota again because of poor customer service.

We booked a test drive a few days before and arrived promptly. We waited 15 minutes before someone briefly spoke to us and then disappeared. Another 15 minutes passed so we asked someone else for help. We were told that although the car we had booked to test drive was on their computer system, they couldn’t find it. A wasted afternoon. Complete incompetence from Jemca Reading.
