I bought a Toyota CHR from a different dealer and regretted it. Not the car's fault, just too big for me. Joe was absolutely wonderful - and knew exactly what I meant and what I wanted/needed. He spent ages with me and let me test drive a Yaris with no obligation or pressure to buy - just to see if I actually liked the model. I did actually buy one from him as I trusted him and loved the car!!! Still do (a month later). Just one thing I would say about the dealership is - although another very nice chap did ask me if I drive much and, if not, I should maybe take the car out once a week to keep the battery charged, I thought he meant the hybrid one (which I was keeping an eye on). The problem is that the Yaris has a very small 12v battery so I let it go flat without realising. These cars should be sold with a built in solar charger in my view! I have one plugged in permanently now, still adore the car. The "My Toyota" app didn't like my phone (think it may have been privacy settings on my phone) and again Joe spent ages with me looking at that too. He's a gem and have recommended him and Jemca to anyone who cares to listen! No idea what their after sales is like as fortunately not needed to use them yet. Oh and the car itself looked like brand new when I collected it (2022 model), Joe made me feel so valued and I couldn't have been happier if I'd been collecting a brand new car :-)

Bought the bz4x from Joseph at jemca. What an amazing young man! He actually listens to what you need and its not just all about the sale This is the second car I’ve bought from him. 1st one was my jaguar e-pace. I totally trust his judgement and he has always gone above and beyond for me, even gone into work on his day off to help me! I’ve already recommended him to friends and a family member are now expecting delivery of their bz4x very soon. The car is totally amazing I’ve been slumming it with RR for the past 6 years and it’s nice to have a car that actually works! Thankyou Joe see you when I’m next shopping for a new car 🚗

Car battery failed on the car they received the vehicle 9/5 . By the 10/5 at 8.45 they had contacted me , to inform me the car was ready for collection and the work completed . All dealings I’ve had with the Sidcup team have been extremely positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend . I dealt with Tony Fenton today , couldn’t be more helpful.

I went down Toyota Yaris Sidcup I was attented by sunny one of the sale's consulted a great service was provided by him. But the only issue was when I purchased the car I had to do my own road tax and in my own fuel luckily the petrol station was near by otherwise I won't be able to reach home that was a new experience for me.
Jemca Toyota sidcup have always given me excellent customer service. I bought my first Toyota 7 years ago and each and every service or mot since then has been smooth sailing and great service. I then traded this in and we have bought a rav4 as well as a CHR. The service when we bought both these was faultless. This morning my car wouldn’t start because it had a faulty battery but toyota went out their way to sort it and within 3 hours it was all sorted and I was back on the road. Excellent garage for service!

Not very helpful when I had a problem with my used car I bought from them, problem start only a month after I bought it. Jemca Sidcup never call you back and not interested of dealing with any problem even though car was faulty when purchased it. Do not buy a car from this dealer.
