Mick was very relaxed and informative, not in the slightest bit pushy. We were given the keys and left to look at the car and take it for a test drive. When I got the call to say it was ready I was really surprised when he told me they had put 2 new rear tyres on even though this hadn’t been in the deal. We have bought a lot of cars before and this was by far one of the best experiences we have had.

I have purchased a van from them for over £25,000 and when asked to reduce a little from the asking price for The two big scratches on the body I was told point blank NO!!!, and I wasn’t even given a good will gesture like a tank of fuel etc when asked, because the fuel Needle was on empty.

Mr B, I can't help but feel your review is very harsh. You were advised the price on the vehicle was non negotiable by the Salesman on the phone call prior to your visit. The vehicle in question was very competitively priced [bordering on underpriced] even factoring in condition. Furthermore, it was a highly sought after vehicle with us having already just sold an almost identical vehicle had numerous enquiries on the day of your visit alone. You were intent on asking for discount almost like you felt it was mandatory. We declined, as is our perogative, yet you still went ahead with the purchase, in no small part because you knew it was a good deal. You always had the option to not buy it, especially as you hadn't paid any holding deposit before viewing, As a company we don't give away "Tanks of Fuel" but we always ensure there is more than enough fuel to comfortably get to the numerous fuel stations within close proximity of our premises. I'm sorry you feel we fell short of your expectations, however I don't believe our actions deserve such a negative, out of context review.
Just got my jaguar back from jack ford.The car needed mot and a service.I have to say its like driving a new car.The customer service and quality of workmanship at this dealer is second to none.Thanks to all the staff. If you need any advice or services I would highly recommend.

I have never had better service anywhere. Gavin and Michael at Jack Ford Motors go out of their way to ensure the customer is informed and advised on all aspects of servicing sales and repairs.I have purchased a few cars from them over the years and have never been let down.This should be the benchmark for the rest.Thank you to all the staff who work there.

Got car of them 5 mths ago when I went on test drive heavy smoke from underside of car was coming out Took car straight back to salesman he said not to worry it's with the car been stood for a while. I took him at his word and pick car up 3 days later to be told it had been fixed .2 days later same again rung them up to be told the same it's with car been stood around this has been going on for a while now and engine management light has come on now rung them again to be told they would have a look but I would have to pay for repair even though it's had the same problem from day one I didn't take them up on there offer. I took car to stoneacre to trade in to be told your car is only worth £500 that did not inpress me one bit as i payed jack ford £2250 for it 5 mths ago .Once again jack ford not interested so all I can say is Avoid Avoid Avoid

Mr B, when you spoke to my colleague last week we couldn't get enough detail off you to know exactly what your fault was and asked you to bring the car in and we would have a look (at no cost), which you refused. Until we have an understanding of what it is that is wrong, we cant commit to a completely free repair. Furthermore, if you don't bring it to us we cannot repair it at all. I can assure you, IF there is anything that requires your contribution it will not be anywhere near the cost you may have been quoted. Continuing to drive the vehicle will likely only make the issue worse. Please get in touch and arrange for us to take a look at your car, we would like to help get this resolved for you. Good experience over all! I bought a Renault from this dealer a few months ago and up to now I have had no issues. Only thing is that I have had to have the car serviced. But was clean and in good condition but slightly overpriced. The dealer was alright and I would recommend Jack Ford Motors.
