Will take all of your money and in exchange give you a faulty often not road worthy vehicle. The ‘positive’ reviews on here seem to be friends and family members. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Scam!

I feel for people who have had a bad experience but can only speak from my own I bought a car from this company a month ago, Gary seemed friendly enough on arrival although at times I think he would benefit from some customer service training. I stupidly did not read the reviews before I bought the car, had I had done so I would have given it a wide birth. I am glad I never though as it has turned out well for me. I found Tracey to be very polite and friendly as well as efficient. After I collected the car and reading previous reviews I took it to have a thorough examination. I was told it looked like it had not been serviced (which I was told it was going to have) but that wasn't a major problem easily sorted, on further examination it looks like I have a very good car. I then paid for a full service, cam belt and water pump change as that had not been done for some time. I am really happy with the car I bought, it has everything I need and more. It came with a gold warranty (24 months) again after reading reviews I checked with the warranty company to make sure it had been set up and it had. Because they could not deliver my car and I had to collect it Tracey kindly paid my road tax for the year. I have had the car a month now with no problems and can honestly say I am very happy. AVOID AVOID AVOID this place. We’ve just been with views of seriously buying a car, test drove it and went in to pay deposit. Asked a few questions about the warranty when the fat pig in the next room started shouting in ‘are you buying the car or not I sell cars not warranties’ telling his (I assume poor) wife to give us a deposit back. This was all because we said we would go away and think about it. All the bad reviews are right. Awful human being. I can imagine the cars are crap as per all the other reviews I read. No idea how people buy from him.

If I could give zero star I would! Phoning for three days now speaking to the mother called Tracey! Her son will phone me back everytime! No call yet! We are cash buyer who wanted to buy n Tiguan! So disgusted in there people! How they still trade BLOWS my mind!

I have recently bought a car from Gary at JGM motors. I found Gary fair and down to earth, he wasn’t at all pushy and answered any queries straight away. There were a couple of things needed doing to car so I left a deposit and paid the balance when everything was done. Nothing was too much trouble, and I found them very professional. Gary promised he would fulfil his promises and he did, thank you Gary I absolutely love my car. Reading other reviews can be off putting but I have to speak as I find and I found JGM to be very fair, respectful and honest. Thank you

i dont know how jgm motors are still trading, so unprofessional. They claimed to of sold me a working car however I drove it a week and the engine started overheating and smoking, they wouldn’t take it back. stopped answering my calls so I went down to the company, the dealer was very aggressive towards us. Eventually told us to leave the car and will get it checked and phone us the next day, however we didn’t hear for 2 weeks for him to tell us it’s out of warranty and he can’t do anything. Luckily we had the finance company to fight our side and got it returned. Their is so much more detail into this story he physically hit my boyfriend and very very rude, I would stay far away from this company they need to be shut down.

Bought a car from JGM Motors that was in a "working" condition, drove it for about 5 minutes and it broke down instantly. Tried to get in touch with him and he became rude and aggressive, I dont even need to type my full story here as I see it is EXACTLY the same as what has happened to other people, I'm just another victim. I want to do something about these people, can anyone help?

I have recently bought a car of 59 plates and only 45000 miles on the meter with relatively high price for its age , I was so naive to trust this man as he was describing the car as mint condition and provide a month warranty and recent MOT and service as claimed. 2 weeks later the car engine stopped on the motor way and smoke was all over. The diagnostic report came back as water deprivation. I went back to him and he insisted that I should check the engine water ever couple of days as a good practice and said it was my fault!!! He ridiculously fooled me to pay him more 800 pounds to replace the engine !!! I was under huge pressure to have a car as soon as possible so I stupidly paid the money !! The car now is not working properly.and he was shouting and told me I was stupid to ask for my money back. I am definitely going to complain about him and hoping to refund my money and prevents other innocents from his traps . To all future possible costumers (if any) , I will never recommend JGM MOTORS in Durham. Absolute waste of money, time and traumatized experience as a new comer to the UK.
Went to buy a black Mitsubishi shogun from JGM Motors. It was the worst ever viewing I had ever Experienced in my life. The car had been moted twice in one year. Definitely something to hide. He has a mot tester who passes cars for fun. I will be reporting them to vosa. I told him the exhaust was leaking but all he said was, it’s passed it’s mot. He was very rude and it was like he did not want to sell the car. Big fat liar. He told me on the phone the car is in mint condition but when I got there the car was a DOG. Stay away from these guys.
