JJ Premium have been really good. They have been happy to help at every stage even after I bought the car. They have agreed to cover the costs of any repair work so I could get the work done locally to me which was great. They have been very accommodating all the way through though to be fair, like they changed the collection date for me so I could collect it a day earlier as they knew I needed it as quickly as possible. They have been spot on so far so I would certainly use them again.

The customer service here is brilliant. We were very happy with how they treated us and with the quality of the car so we went ahead with the purchase. The experience was very good overall and we are more than happy with it. We are both enjoying the drives now too which is nice. I can never give a full 5 though as I want them to continue trying to do better so they continue being amazing.

Everyone at JJ Premium was nice and friendly. They were happy to help me with anything I needed and gave me good service all the way through. There was a bit of a delay with collecting the car as they were waiting for a part but they let me know and we rescheduled the collection. When I did collect it, it was nice and clean and it was clear they took care of it for me.

These guys were really good and helpful. They were patient with me when I was buying my Land Rover as I had just started a new job so I didn't know when I could get down to collect it. This wasn't a problem for them and they were really understanding about it all and just worked with me to sort the best time. I am so happy with how it drives now I've managed to pick it up too so it was worth the wait.

My Volkswagen from JJ Premium is running very well. I was happy with the customer service and found they were a good and reputable company. Everything is good and everyone was very nice.

I had wanted a Land Rover since I first learnt to drive 17 years ago but life got in the way. Now my kids are older it seemed the right time to finally treat myself. I had been searching for a while as I knew I wanted specific things like it being manual, not leather interior and I wanted a black one. I saw one with JJ Premium so I decided to go and have a look at it even though it was quite a way away from me. I was happy with the customer service I received when I was there and I would use them again in the future if I ever need another car. My Land Rover is definitely worth the wait, it is so comfortable and nice to drive.

I am happy with my BMW, is it very good and I like it a lot. When I went to collect it everyone was friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on when would be best to go and collect it so that they had time to fix some bits on it. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service.

I had a really good experience with JJ Premium Cars, Troy was fantastic. He did a good job and looked after me well. My Land Rover is going very well and I am very happy with it. I am driving it quite a bit so far and all is good with it. I have no complaints all round. Everything has been handled well.

I bought my Mercedes-Benz online initially and then went down to have a closer look at it and take it home. I loved the colour that they had which is what drew me to them over some of the others I had seen. When I went to collect it, it was very clean and they were happy to help me with anything I needed. I haven't been out in it too much but from the little drives I have done I am happy with how it handles.

My Land Rover is great, it drives so much nicer than my Mitsubishi. I was very happy with the customer service I received when I bought it and they did all they could for me. Mine had a flat battery when I came to view it but they got me an equivalent so that I could still get a test drive and have a good feel of how they drive. I was happy with this so I went with the car and I am happy with my decision.
