I was so so impressed with Paul, he was absolutely brilliant, he handled everything for me and made the whole procedure smooth and streamline. Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't once feel stressed or nervous about the car and I wouldn't hesitate the buy here again. I bought a VW Scirocco and its brilliant, I'm so so happy with it. I love driving the car and I'm literally finding any excuse possible to get out and about it, thank you Paul and JJ Premium Cars, fantastic dealership.

I found the staff and customer service really good here. On the day I went to get my Scirocco there was a small issue but they sorted it on the day and very quickly. After a few days I noticed another issue with the car, after speaking to the dealer they said to get the work done and the will pay the invoice, they were very quick to resolve and didn't make it difficult at all. Since the issues have been fixed the car is absolutely great, I'm really enjoying it.

I was looking to upgrade my car from a diesel to a petrol (I live in London... congestion charges etc). I had a Alfa Romeo Giulietta and loved the car, I wanted the same car, in petrol, newer model, less on the clock and in good condition mechanically and cosmetically. I bought a great car from this dealership last month, I saw it online and when viewing the car I person it looked 10x better than the photos, they did a fantastic job of cleaning and getting the car ready for me and throughout the whole process the team were brilliant. I've done a lot of driving in the Mondeo so far, I've enjoyed it. Its lovely and comfortable and very practical for long distance drives which is perfect for me.

I got finance on a car and everything was done and dusted the dealer then sold the car for more money than the finance agreement, my insurance and tax was all live on the car, I was devastated. Everything is great with my Audi A8, when I first saw the car there was a few bits and pieces that I wanted amending and fixing. When I collected the car everything was sorted I was very happy. The customer service was brilliant they work very quickly and professionally.
