When it came to upgrading this was the first place we looked, we found a lovely looking Volvo XC60 - we spoke to Jamie who was absolutely fantastic. After agreeing to purchase Jamie sorted all the paperwork, he made it very easy and hassle-free. The car was clean and ready on time as agreed, the whole process ran like clockwork. We just recently did a long drive to Devon for a weeks holiday... This is one of the reasons we wanted the S-MAX for journeys like this as it's practical for the whole family. The car was a dream, it was comfortable and ran perfectly there and back over 600 miles in total! Very happy with it's performance. I saw the car online and rang up, I went down that afternoon and drove the car away a few hours later. I was shocked that the cars were ready to go... most times I've bought a car I've had to wait a few days minimum for the car to under go prep so this was a winner for me. The car was spotless and in better condition than described - I will highly recommend this dealer without doubt!

I found the staff and customer service really good here. On the day I went to get my Scirocco there was a small issue but they sorted it on the day and very quickly. After a few days I noticed another issue with the car, after speaking to the dealer they said to get the work done and the will pay the invoice, they were very quick to resolve and didn't make it difficult at all. Since the issues have been fixed the car is absolutely great, I'm really enjoying it.

Easy simple process and a very quick deal. I saw the car, loved it agreed to leave a deposit and organised a collection date. It couldn't have been any simpler, it was nice to not have the headache and breathing down your neck salesman, so for that I would 100% recommend JJ Premium and buy my next car here for a hassle free enjoyable car buying experience.

I was looking to upgrade my car from a diesel to a petrol (I live in London... congestion charges etc). I had a Alfa Romeo Giulietta and loved the car, I wanted the same car, in petrol, newer model, less on the clock and in good condition mechanically and cosmetically. I found exactly that with this dealer, they had a perfect process, Habib was very very good, she looked after me from the start and provided a non-pressure buying experience, I will recommend her and the business moving forward.

I bought a great car from this dealership last month, I saw it online and when viewing the car I person it looked 10x better than the photos, they did a fantastic job of cleaning and getting the car ready for me and throughout the whole process the team were brilliant. I've done a lot of driving in the Mondeo so far, I've enjoyed it. Its lovely and comfortable and very practical for long distance drives which is perfect for me.

I had a really bad experience with a dealer prior to buying my Insignia from JJ Premium Cars. I got finance on a car and everything was done and dusted the dealer then sold the car for more money than the finance agreement, my insurance and tax was all live on the car, I was devastated. I didn't have much hope when beginning the search again but JJ Premium Cars were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond form the customer service was perfect. The car is lovely I'm very pleased with it. Thanks to this dealer for making me feel looked after and valued as a customer - I will recommend.

Everything is great with my Audi A8, when I first saw the car there was a few bits and pieces that I wanted amending and fixing. When I collected the car everything was sorted I was very happy. The customer service was brilliant they work very quickly and professionally.
