The lady who looked after us was absolutely marvellous. She really did go above and beyond for us and even sent us a card after our purchase to say congratulations on your new car! It was such a lovely gesture and we really appreciated that level of care on her part. Whatever we wanted or needed she made sure she got sorted for us including helping us when we were struggling with downloading things! She wasn't pushy in the slightest she was just very good at her job. She was just so willing and understanding and even kept reassuring us as we kept apologising for asking for things but nothing was too much for her. I am a manager myself so I recognise talent when I see it and am also quick to point out if there is room for improvement but she was just excellent, a real asset to the company!

When I arrived at JJ Premium Cars they were very friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home. The girl that was looking after me was lovely - sorry I can't remember her name 🤦‍♂️ She was very helpful right from the start and got me everything I needed. I was looking at a Land Rover and it had a crack on the roof but she assured me that it would get fixed for me and I could book it in with Land Rover myself if I wanted to take the car away sooner and they would still cover the cost. I am more than happy with the car, it is outstanding!

I am very happy with my BMW, it has been running pretty well since I picked it up 2 weeks ago which I am glad of given I never did a test drive. I just saw it online and arranged to go and pick it up so it is a good job the risk paid off. That process was so easy though, Lucy was brilliant, she was sending me videos of the car with me not going to view it and just talked me through everything. She even sorted all the paperwork for me! I never had to chase for information, the only time I messaged them was just me double checking things, not because any information was missing, I just wanted the extra piece of mind. I am very happy with everything and the car!

My new BMW is a lovely car. It is a really good drive and I just always want to be out in it now but I guess everyone feels that way when they have a new car. Everything with the sale went through smoothly and everyone I spoke to was nice and friendly. Everything at the showroom was nice and tidy and nobody tried to push me into a sale which was refreshing compared to some other dealers. I was given the time I needed to have a good look around the car and the other cars available so that I could make an informed decision without feeling rushed in any way. I just can't bring myself to give it full marks even though I can't actually fault the experience. Nothing in life is perfect is it 😂

Troy was very friendly and was an all round nice, great lad. He was nice and welcoming and there was no pressure from him to go through with a sale or anything. There were just no issues at all, he was knowledgeable enough and if he was ever unsure of the answer to my questions he made sure to check his information which was fantastic as it went a long way for me in instilling trust in his answers. Hopefully my Jaguar will last me for many years to come but if in the future I was ever looking for a new car I would definitely come back to JJ Premium Cars.

When we bought our Land Rover it was a good buying experience. They helped us out and gave us all the information we needed about the vehicle. They seemed knowledgeable and keen but not pushy. After showing us around the car we had come to look at, they showed us around other similar cars they had so that we could weigh up our options. We ended up being happy with the original Land Rover we had gone to see so we arranged to collect it a few days later. When we came back to collect it they had got everything ready for us and made sure the car was nice and clean. They just followed through on everything we asked them to do and it left a lasting impression.

Very happy with the service, they were helpful and polite. They looked after me well from the second I got there. Full marks from me for their customer service 👍

Brad and Luke have been fantastic! They have been happy to help at every stage even when I mentioned a couple of faults had come up. It seems to be a really good garage and everything has been spot on so far. The showroom was really nice and there was plenty of tea and coffee for anyone looking around which makes it feel really welcoming and like a nice friendly environment.

When my wife and I went to look at a Land Rover it was on a particularly busy Saturday so it was a packed. The girl that was looking after us was juggling us and 3 other customers all at the same time so she was rushed off her feet. Despite this, she still got us everything that we needed and took the time to make sure we were comfortable while we were waiting by offering us a coffee and things. She was just brilliant even under pressure. She did the best she could for us and then some, I can't fault her service at all. The Land Rover is lovely too now I have got over the shock of the insurance cost 🫣I take a lot of pride in my cars so I always give them a really good clean and polish and even after me giving it a good couple of cleans I can't find a single scratch on it. It looks well smart when it is all polished too. I am very happy with the car and the overall experience!

My new Land Rover is a really good drive, I am driving it quite a bit and the novelty still hasn't worn off. I am glad I decided to go to JJ Premium Cars for it as the experience was excellent! Lucy was the lady looking after me and she was great. She got me everything I needed without me even asking and even gave me information that I didn't even know I needed until she mentioned it. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had asked if it could all be sorted quickly as I needed to get home and she got it sorted within 20 minutes for me. It was very efficient and I would definitely use them again in the future. It was the best experience I have ever had!
